The single-storey house, benefiting from all exposures, develops on an area of 163 m² as follows:

The day area:
The entrance with wardrobe leads to a bathroom with WC and gives access to the open living space with equipped kitchen, dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people and living room with beautiful bay windows giving access to the terraces with open views.
From the living room, there is access to the scullery equipped with a fridge (with freezer), oven, freezer, washing machine and drying room.

The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet.
The first is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), and has a mezzanine with 2 beds (80 cm single beds), the second has 2 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together or separated as needed and finally the third, the master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a bay window overlooking the terrace.

All rooms have electric blinds and quality services.

Electric car charging not included, charging stations are available in the surrounding villages.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

For each rental we draw up a contract for you.
The reservation is effective after sending back the initialed and signed contract.
Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent to you.
