It’s time to say yes to a family vacation in paradise! Family Tides is a spacious, Mediterranean-style vacation home located in the Destiny East neighborhood of Destin. With sunny living space, multiple breezy balconies, and close proximity to the beach, this property is a true tropical escape. The home has five cozy bedrooms and four and a half baths. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 visitors.

A picture-perfect paver drive studded with palm trees and tropical plants greets guests upon arrival. Inside, an open great room encompasses much of the second level. Parchment-toned tile extends through the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Woven furniture and coastal décor create a laidback, beachy atmosphere. The living room features a cream-colored wraparound couch paired with two accent chairs. A chic drink table sits in the center of the seating ensemble. Above the fireplace, a flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. An assortment of tropical accents adorns the modern shelving on either side of the fireplace. The dining room includes a glass-topped table with eight chairs. Next to the table, glass doors open onto a charming balcony—perfect for enjoying a refreshing cocktail in the beautiful coastal weather. Nearby, the angled kitchen bar offers additional seating for six. The kitchen also has sleek granite countertops, blonde cabinetry, an island stovetop, and ample space to cook up your favorite home-cooked meal while on vacation.

The bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the home. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Of these, one is a master suite with a king-size bed, kitchenette, and private bath. Another has a king-size bed, while the third is a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks for the kids. These rooms share a full Jack and Jill bath. On the second floor, a king-size suite features a wall-mounted TV, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and access to a romantic balcony. It has an ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The main master suite takes up the entire third floor. With walls of windows, this room is sunny and welcoming. The suite boasts a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, a kitchenette, a cozy nook with a twin day bed, and access to a large balcony. Its private bath includes a tiled, glass-walled shower and separate soaking tub.

In addition to great vacation accommodations, guests will benefit from other property and neighborhood amenities. The multiple balconies feature outdoor furniture and are perfect for enjoying coastal breezes, cold drinks, and casual conversation. A hammock is also provided for sunny relaxation. Vacationers also have access to Destiny East community amenities, including the large swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, fitness center, tennis courts, and a super fun kid’s playground. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the house or a very short drive away. Other coastal amusements are within close proximity to the property, including the popular Crab Trap Restaurant, Destin Commons, and other restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Kitchenette and Shared Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Full/Twin Bunks, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Day Bed and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, Kitchenette.

*Weekly amenity wristbands may be purchased from the Destiny East Clubhouse for $50 each. These wristbands provide access to the clubhouse amenities only and are not required elsewhere within the community.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
