PET FRIENDLY - IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BRINGING A PET
⭐ We're happy to welcome up to (2) pets to our home! Your furry friend(s) must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and leashed whenever outside. Please be sure to pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) two. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 + tax for one pet and $450 + tax for two pets is required and will be charged AFTER the booking is made (this fee is NOT included in the property rental cost). Our Pet Agreement must be signed after booking, along with submission of up-to-date vaccine records valid through the END of your stay. If management is not notified beforehand, an additional $500 fee will apply. Thank you for helping us keep our space enjoyable for everyone!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. This will be sent on the day of your arrival through email and text messaging.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply limited bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides private Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. Our Wi-Fi signals may not be optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ No street parking is allowed. This home provides enough space for four vehicles. Vehicles must not block the shared driveway at any time. The HOA rules also state that no boats, trailers, campers, or motorhomes are allowed.
BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The closest public beach access is Shores at Crystal Beach Park Access off Hutchinson and Scenic Hwy 98. This is three blocks from the house and has a wonderful pavilion with numerous picnic tables. It is one of the few beach access locations that boasts true bathrooms. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the access along with some nearby street parking, but walking is probably the best with very limited, first come parking. There is also some golf cart parking here, and there is a ramp that is wheelchair accessible.
POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ This home features a private pool in the backyard (heating available Oct–Apr for $65/night + Tax) for guests to enjoy. Please note that no alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. For safety reasons, adding any items to the pool or hot tub, such as bath salts or bath bombs, is not permitted. Any damages or additional cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur a $500 fee, including the full replacement cost if necessary. Please review and follow all safety guidelines and use these amenities at your own risk.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
