This 2 bedroom/1 bath property is able to accommodate 8 guests with the following: queen bed, double bunk bed, air mattress. *If dates are blocked please message us as we’ve had it happen where they were available.* Experience all that Greenville has to offer with this newly renovated home that has everything you'll need for your stay. Conveniently located in the Greater Overbrook neighborhood only 1.3miles from downtown. Whether you're looking to shop and explore, see a show at Bon Secours Arena, enjoy the great outdoors, or attend a Clemson game, this location is perfect for any and all travelers!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the property. Perfect spot for us and the dogs. House was clean and the hosts were responsive. Quick drive to downtown for the breweries and restaurants. The decor was a plus!

Amazing!

After spending much of my summer in Vegas for the Dead and Co sphere shows, it was such a pleasant surprise walking into a VRBO dedicated to the Dead! Highly recommend this VRBO, and not just for the Dead esthetic. The cleanliness, hospitality, and location is off the charts amazing.

Fun Weekend.

Location to downtown Greenville was wonderful. Place was clean and everything you need provided. Very easy getting in touch with owner. Would definitely go there again. A lot of nice restaurants in the area. Fun city

Great Greenville Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is nicely decorated and seems to have been completely updated. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the coffee bar and the treats left for the dogs. Super easy to get to downtown Greenville. Loved our stay!

Beautiful House!

This house was perfect for our stay in Greenville. Beautiful interior features, finishes and lots of amenities! Very clean and comfortable and worked perfect for us to travel with our dogs (who are family to us). Very close to all types of stores, restaurants and down town Greenville. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a short but great stay here. The welcome book was so helpful and informative and the owners were readily available even though we never needed anything. Felt very comfortable and welcome and we will be back again 😊

A Grateful Home

This house was beautiful. It was decorated awesome. I loved the vibe. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet. It was very close to downtown. It had many extras that if you forgot something you were good. I would rent again for sure!!

Great stay!

The house was exactly as pictured. The hosts had all the necessities and then some nice extras! My hubby loved the nespresso machine and I was thrilled with the makeup wipes and toothbrushes since we forgot a few things. 😉 Little things go along way when you’re tired and traveling (especially with kids!) James was very responsive and helpful to a couple questions I had while staying. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Perfect layover

Nicely done, good location

Nicely done remodel, hosts pretty much thought of everything. High quality linens, lots of coffee and expresso choices, well equipped kitchen. TV is streaming only, Know Your Login/pw for any streaming service you might want to use. Very responsive host. Handy location to downtown GVL.

Perfect location!

My husband and I came in town to visit friends and we had a Friendsmas Dinner and this house was perfect! Just enough room for all of us to eat dinner,laugh,play games, and relax! The house is so nice and completely up to date! We were inside the whole time due to rain but it has the perfect backyard to cookout as well! They even had a speaker with strobe lights in the house as well. I will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect for our stay

The house was lovely, clean, and has everything we needed. The sofa was so comfortable. So were the mattresses! Little touches made us so happy. An icemaker is always appreciated and I was very happy to find makeup wipes as well. We had everything we needed and we're so appreciative! (Not to mention it's SO nice to be able to park right outside the door and not lug your stuff a great distance )

Cozy home in a wonderful location

Enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, comfortable, well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, coffee and bottle of wine, plenty of towels, and toiletries. Special details of blankets for the dogs. :) Great communication with the owner upon arrival. Though, I didn’t see on listing that the 4th bed was an air mattress…Regardless we had a wonderful stay!

The house was clean and colorfully decorated. Cleaning supplies plentiful as was basic food supplies, ie spices.The back yard was not conducive to outdoor activities or not dog walking. There was no sidewalk for the dog and the yard was uneven.We were not informed there was no cable.However, the location was close enough to the downtown Greenville, S.c

Mother nature was not kind

My friend and I drove down from Maryland with our pets to do a mutter with the dogs unfortunately, it was during hurricane Helene not sure what we were thinking. However, the race organizer said it was still on only to travel to the venue on Friday and it was underwater and we had no electricity at the unit. The owners are extremely accommodating allowed us to leave early, and we’re in constant contact with us regarding the electricity. The place was clean. Highly recommend recommended

A little about us. James and I have lived in Greenville since 2017. We were married in December 2019 at Pretty Place Chapel (a must see if you have the time) and live next door to this listing with our 2 pups, Rigby and Myrtle. James is a national account manager working in hemp and I am an occupational therapist at a local hospital. We enjoy hanging with our pups, checking out local spots for food and drinks, catching music shows and festivals, traveling and visiting the mountains.

This home is located on a separate lot immediately behind our home. Enjoy the funky vibe and fun accents! Open living space with large kitchen and fully stocked coffee bar. Bathroom includes a tub/shower. Stocked laundry with full capacity washer and dryer provided. Queen bedroom with walk-in closet, double bunk bed (300lb weight capacity for top bunk) and queen air mattress available to accommodate larger parties.

Self check-in and private entrance via smart lock. Private drive with off-street, multi-car parking.
