Free Beach Service is provided which includes 2 beach chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup for you each day of your stay (Seasonal March 1 to October 31).
When you walk into #803 you’ll instantly feel relaxed as you look at the Gulf’s emerald beauty. The view of the Gulf is visible from almost every room in the condo. Our condo is a beautiful, updated and professionally decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with over 1100 sq. ft. of living area.
As you walk in the condo you'll pass through the kitchen that has new fresh paint and gourmet amenities including a new dual coffee maker so you can choose to use pods or make yourself a pot of coffee. Getting in late? No worries, there will be a couple of pods to get you through the next morning while sitting on the spacious balcony and listening to the waves come crashing in. It is also equipped with a dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer and new pots/pans, mixing bowls and silverware for you to make your own meals if you so choose.
The balcony is nothing short of spectacular! It is 10'x28' and outfitted with a countertop table and 4 chairs, 2 deep chairs with foot stools, and 2 loungers! It is the most absolutely perfect place to start your day off with a cup of coffee and to end it while the waves lull you to sleep. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the Dolphins out playing! It's definitely a sight to see!
The living room is freshly painted & decorated with a 48" Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV. Couch bought 5/2024 and is a queen sofa sleeper. 2 new swivel chairs, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring
Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, Pottery Barn bedding, luxury thread count sheets, and a new full size dresser. Large smart TV and access to the balcony where you have a BEAUTIFUL full view of the Gulf. Private access to master bathroom that has a new walk-in shower and double vanities
The second bedroom has just received a complete makeover as well! New furniture, king bed a 40" Smart TV above the dresser, new fresh bedding, luxury thread count sheets, and decor.
We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid hand soap at each bathroom sink and dawn dish soap at the kitchen sink. Eight bath towels, 8 wash cloths, and individually wrapped Scotch Brite sponges are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is no daily maid service. All you need is food, beach towels and sunscreen!
The location of this condo couldn’t be in a better place! You are a short 10-minute drive away from the newly built Pier Park where you will find a unique shopping area, sky wheel, restaurants such as Margaritaville, Southern Theatre’s Grand Theatre which contains 16 movie screens, beautiful landscaped walking paths and home of many festivals and summer concerts. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
