## Space
This 45 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned, is located on the 1st floor with lift of the Résidence de la Plage. On the seafront, it enjoys an exceptional view of the Mediterranean Sea and the residence's swimming pool. A privileged location for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms:
– One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
– A second bedroom with a Rapido-style sofa bed (140 cm)
Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and is equipped with duvets and pillows.
The bright living area includes a lounge with sofa and television, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, washing machine and hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort.
The living room opens onto a furnished balcony with a dining area facing the sea, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
An electric griddle is available for travellers to use.
The accommodation is entirely on one level and equipped with air conditioning to ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.
The residence offers a communal swimming pool open from 7 May to 29 September. A lifeguard is on duty daily from 13 July to 18 August. You will also have access to a secure bicycle storage room, a charcoal barbecue in the communal areas and a pétanque court.
A private parking space is allocated to the accommodation within the residence.
Ideally located, the flat is only 100 metres from the shopping avenue with its shops, restaurants and entertainment. Everything can be done on foot for a simple and convenient holiday.

👉 A welcome kit is provided on arrival (tea towels, microfibre cloths, new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and bath mat) to help you settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bicycles and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site car parks. Many water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of £60 including VAT.
Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
