Ocean Terrace Club is located directly across the street from the beach. There is a private fenced outdoor pool, deck, sun chairs, shaded pavilions, shuffleboard, and tennis court. Our condo is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with 1100 sqft of living space, highlighted by modern beach decor, brand new furniture, smart TVs and freshly painted walls. Windows are tinted for privacy so no one looking from the outside can see in. Private balcony w/ patio furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and slow cooker. Modern dining table under elegant seashell chandelier seats 4 with 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located on the first floor.
Primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with upholstered headboard, wall mounted flat screen, plenty of storage and en-suite bath with tub. Secondary bedroom contains 3 twin beds with access to hall bath with shower.
Free Wifi, linens and towels, central AC and heat, parking with plenty of guest parking, beach rinse off area, car wash station and laundry units on every floor. Within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.
A ramp directly across the street provides access to the beach where you can soak up the sun and splash in the clear blue water. Make a left and your just a few minutes to downtown Daytona Beach for action and rides on the boardwalk, mini golf, water park and go kart racing. If you’re looking for serenity, make a right to Ponce Inlet and visit the lighthouse and nature preserve, rent kayaks and paddle board on the inter coastal, or fish off the jetty at sunset. Enjoy walks on the smooth sand beach, shop at the outlets or dine at one of the amazing local restaurants serving something for everyone—from fresh seafood to microbreweries to hand-made ice cream shops, we’ve got you covered!
If you’re looking for a day trip, we’re centrally located just an hour drive to Orlando theme parks and historic St Augustine.
