This remarkable two-story home boasts nearly 3,000 square feet of stylish and spacious design, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms to comfortably host up to 14 guests. Step inside through the double front doors into the bright and open main living space, complete with soaring ceilings, a sitting room, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a living room that opens directly to the backyard oasis. The home's tasteful furnishings, modern amenities like Smart TVs, and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere.

Bedroom Highlights:
Master Suite (Upper Level): A luxurious retreat with a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, 65” Smart TV, and spa-like bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, 50” Smart TV, and access to a shared bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room - Upper Level): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds with a 32” Smart TV, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Bedroom 4 (Main Level): King bed, 50” Smart TV, and direct courtyard access with a shared full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Indoor Amenities:
The living room offers cozy contemporary seating with a 65” Smart TV, ideal for movie nights. The designer kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a center island with bar seating, and a bistro table for breakfast or casual meals. The dining space comfortably seats six and is accented by an elegant chandelier. A separate sitting room provides a queen sofa sleeper and armchairs for an added relaxation area.
