- Three bedrooms, each with two 90x190 single beds glued together
- A shower room with walk-in shower and double basins
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 63m² infinity pool (private, unheated), open for rental from 1 July to the end of September.
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden, with a 70 m² terrace, all south-facing and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Grambois, in the heart of the vineyards, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
