If you looking for a long term stay, you dont want miss out on this Cozy house with upscale contemporary decor in Atlanta close to everything: Emory University, CHOA, CDC, Buckhead, Coca Cola, Aquarium, CNN and walking distance to Brookhaven. Staying close to the bustling nightlife of downtown and you are 3 minutes from I-85, 6 minutes from SR-400, and less than 10 minutes from I-285. A lovely space with the quite street to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.

Great location! Peaceful and relaxing. We had plenty of room to enjoy visiting and still able do different activities. Very clean and tasteful decorated. The easiest check in/out I have ever had.

Very responsive host; perfect location

My family stayed here for a week while visiting me. Ly was very responsive in setting up the reservation and providing information to ensure this was the right place for my family to stay. We held many family meals in the dining room and the location was convenient to all of our activities.

The location was perfect, but the house had multiple issues. The minute you walked in the door you could smell mold and mildew. We had trouble sleeping in the basement due to the smell. There is a raised door frame going out to TV room that was a tripping hazard. The kitchen did not have basic essentials for cooking.

Perfect in Every Way…

Celebrating the holidays, in this perfectly beautiful home, brought us such joy!!! The photos on Vrbo truly captured the essence of this property! We were left stranded with no entry to the house upon arrival. Host was not in communication with us until we scrambled to find alternative accommodations for our first evening many hours later. Very stressful and a terrible start to our "vacation".While waiting outside at the house, the reeking smell of mold and mildew was streaming out of the crawl-space area by the front porch - mold house.The house seemed unkept on the outside, tons of cobwebs, cameras recording your presence, and overall just seemed weird and off. We were never given a door code for entry, but luckily VRBO customer service got us into someplace better since the host dropped the ball; also misrepresented the house (please disclose the mold smell).I'm still waiting on a full refund for this disaster of an experience. Host has not been helpful whatsoever. Not recommended.

Great location but just needs some TLC

We stayed here with our family and it was a spacious older home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The location was great and our host was good at responding back to our messages. The home definitely needs some TLC/general maintenance. There’s a big backyard but looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in months. Unlike the photos advertised. There was an issue with no hot water in the master bathroom sink. The sofa had stains all over it and one of the cream coloured head boards was brown from use. I think with some TLC and attention it would help contribute to a better stay for future guests.

Atlanta Disaster

Over charged with added housekeeping fee never explained (60 extra person charge to housekeeping fee of 250 due to “extra person”? We were two adults, 2 year old and infant). Arrived in evening to loud chirping alarm. Discovered battery was removed from smoke detector in central bedroom and left unfixed. No batteries in house. Had to go find store for replacement battery. No ladder to reach ceiling. VERY frustrating that house was not ready for us. No internet for entire stay. No hot water at sink in main bedroom. Garbage can left down hill on street. Wasp nest over front door. These relatively small things made house unwelcoming and spoiled experience. We left days before conclusion of rental period to find better arrangement given young children with us. Owner was not available to help in person and while nice, he was unable to resolve issues in timely way during our stay. Worst experience we have had with VRBO.

Lovely Family Home

Ly was the most communicative host we have ever had in our VRBO experiences. They helped us when we locked ourselves out, provided prompt responses and directions. The house is lovely and spacious. The floor transition from room to room in two places was a bit uneven and could be a trip hazard, but we caught it early on and everyone in the house (all 60+ years old!) noted it and tread carefully. This probably would not be an issue for a younger crowd. The neighborhood is lovely and everyone was friendly. The location for us was a bit unfortunate because we were attending a wedding in Paces Ferry and hosted a rehearsal dinner near Inman Park so the traffic struggle was real! Again, that was OUR issue, not this property or the hosts. I should have noted the amble informaiton provided in the property description more closely. As a gathering spot for a group of Friend Family members it was ideal. Spacious and clean - a place for everyone while accommodating the specific needs of individual friend family members. We are so grateful because as Mother/Father of the groom, we looked forward to the homey comfort this property and neighborhood provided. It was stress free. Thank you Anthony and Ly! Wonderful and Felt Like Home

I was in Atlanta with three teenage boys and our small dog for a Perfect Game baseball tournament. This was a beautiful home that was perfect for us. We were able to cook several meals in the well laid out kitchen, as well as bake cookies. The boys loved the game room/TV room for watching movies, relaxing, and had fun playing the casino games that the host had for our use. The bedrooms were great but could use a little bit more storage in all the bedrooms, except the master. The washer and dryer were easy to use, and it was great to have to wash the baseball pants and do our laundry during the week we were there. The backyard was huge. We did not use the fire pit, but we loved the deck and it was large enough that my son set up his net and baseball tee and hit. The only downside for us with the baseball tournament was that we were about 30 to 45 minutes from all of the baseball sites so if you’re coming for a baseball tournament out of the East Cobb facility, just know that you’ll be in the car a lot. But it seemed like no matter where they stayed, everyone had to drive at least 30 minutes to get anywhere in Atlanta. We didn’t mind it because we were very close to downtown. It only took us 15 to 20 minutes to get to the aquarium, the Coke factory, and Truist Park. I would’ve liked to have a direct phone number for the host so I could contact him directly, not on the app. He was very responsive but if there was an emergency, it would have been better to be able to call.
