RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026
Adjusted Rates with a 25% DISCOUNT
BALCONY CLOSURE FOR THIS UNIT WILL BE AUGUST 28 – OCTOBER 4, 2025. (DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location.(CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Aug 28 - Oct 4, 2025)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project

We absolutely love staying in this condo. Everything about it is perfect!! It's also an added bonus that beach towels and chairs are provided. The view is the best you will find in PCB.

A little piece of Heaven!

This was my family’s third time staying at Long Beach Resort and our third time staying at one of Bill’s properties. First and foremost, the communication with both Bill and Dawn is always top notch, they exceed what good customer service looks like! This is by far our favorite unit. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, it comes with so many amenities and it’s PRISTINE!!! The 14th floor is where it’s at… zero noise! We did worry that the elevators might be a pain as high up as we were, but that was not the case. We never waited over a minute or two. Long Beach is our favorite location for too many reasons to list them all, but the short walk to the water and the ability to walk so many places is a huge factor!l and the view!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. Very clean!!The cleaning supplies and toiletries provided were better quality than most rentals. We enjoyed the spacious private balcony!

Beautiful views

This condo exceeded my expectations, the views were my favorite part! The beds were comfortable and smelled clean, the master bathroom shower was great (this is the only one I used) and how the showers are is a huge deal to me! I also loved that the condo was stocked with beach chairs and towels. We will definitely book here again!

This condo is super clean and just as pictured. Great location right on the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped. Had a last minute booking and everything went smooth with the process. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo at Long Beach!

We had the most relaxing 2 week vacation! The condo is beautiful! It’s very clean and nicely decorated. Check-in process was simple. Bill was quick to respond when I messaged him. The views from the balcony are amazing! We watched dolphins and rays every day, and you can also watch the sunset from the balcony as well. So beautiful!! The only minor issue we had was when guests from the resort next door put their tents & chairs up directly in front of all the LBR beach chairs, but that didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful Beach Condo

This condo was amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! Spacious and comfortable living room and bedrooms. Shower off of king bed room was so relaxing. Great sized balcony with expansive ocean view! We had myself, my husband, 12 year old, and three 16 y/o. The kids hooked up their PlayStation without any trouble for late nights. I cook a lot because I enjoy it. I did Walmart pick ups twice and it was very close to the condo. Location was great. Not too busy. Traffic was not bad getting in or out of the condo parking lot. Parking lot is directly behind the condo. Very short distance to the tower. Elevators were quick and did not have to wait very long at all. Visited smaller pool and larger pool. They were nice, but we didn’t spend much time there because we like the beach. Did order fries and drink from the walk up bar. The gentleman that was working was very nice and the fries were delicious. Kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed! I loved being able to see the ocean out of the sliding glass doors and windows while in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bed rooms have direct access to the balcony! Washer and dryer was used everyday without any issues. Had a question while staying and Bill was very quick to answer his phone and was super helpful. Everyone said they wanted to stay here again.

Our New Found Paradise

From the moment we walked in - STUNNING! Every room has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our family loved everything about it and we could not have been more pleased with our seven day stay. VERY clean and beautifully decorated. It is very close to everything. I would highly recommend getting this property reserved. You will find its everything it appears to be in the listing. Enjoy!

Christmas Get away!

The property is just like the photos show. Its beautiful! We went during the slowest time of year and coldest but we managed to still find things to do and have a fun vacation. It would be amazing to be there during he peak season!

We have been going to the beach for 20+ years and this condo has to be our favorite. It is beautifully decorated and the view is absolutely gorgeous . Having the large windows in the bedrooms was one of my favorite features. Waking up to the ocean views never got old. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular view!

This unit has an amazing view from every room. It was very clean. The location is great. Elevators were fast with little wait time. Bill was easy to work with also. We are already booking again for next summer.

A real life dream

The photos on the listing DO NOT do this condo justice! It was absolutely gorgeous! We cried when we left because it was literally paradise! While the weather wasn’t great (not the condos fault), the condo was perfect! We got to spend a lot of time in there bc of the unexpected rain and it was the nicest condo we’d ever stayed in. Large supply of dishes and cookware, loved that they left binoculars and board games. We will never stay anywhere else. The property manager went above and beyond. Check in was easy.

Long Beach Resort consists of four separate towers, gated with 24 hour security. Very convenient location to Super Wal-Mart or Publix is just a short drive. Great restaurants within walking distance or you can purchase fresh sea food at markets on the bay and prepare your own. Close to golf courses, amusement and water parks. Long Beach Resort offer very easy parking right in front to the tower! (you do not have to cross the street like many resorts).
