Great long-term stay in beautiful home

Beautiful home, attentive host, looked just like the pictures with everything you could ever need plus more. Close to everything and very spacious home and yard. Perfect for longer stays or short vacations. Some things to keep in mind: 1. Due to the close location to the airport, there will be some noise from airplanes but did not bother me; and, 2. Be sure to list anyone that will be visiting or stopping by the home as a guest when booking as no visitors outside the listed guests will be allowed. All in all, wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Should not be a rental

This is not in the local as published. Please do your research. There is no stove, owner lives on premises and works from home. She watches the cameras day and night. Very intrusive. Cameras all over; no privacy. This should not be a rental. There is a locked pantry off the master bedroom and bathroom. Extremely intrusive. Stay Away!!!

The VRBO Resolutions Team intervened with this guest and his reservation was cancelled on the third day of an extended 90-day reservation due to multiple unfounded complaints and issues. I was given the right to remove the guest from the property, without the right to reimbursement since he violated house rules. However, funds were returned immediately, except for the initial three days the property was occupied by the guest. At all times, I attempted with VRBO to find a solution to this guests’ complaints and concerns but unfortunately it was not possible. I have been a host for the past two years on this platform and a Superhost on another without any issues or complaints. I take very seriously any questions and concerns for a prompt resolution. Our priority is the safety, security, and satisfaction of all our guest (s) at all times. So, communication is key "at all times" as we want to provide the best customer service possible during the duration of any stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this guest. Regardless, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Perfect cozy home for a small family <3

Bethsy is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life! She fully stocked the entire house with several things such as shampoo, body wash, first aid kit, condiments for food, coffee etc. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Standing glass shower and a hot tub in the backyard! Me and my boyfriend grilled almost everyday and took full advantage of the beautiful patio. Very safe neighborhood with cameras on the property for extra safety. Would personally stay here again!! Additional 2nd bedroom with 2 small beds perfect for a small family!
