As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we’re currently undertaking a significant construction project from September 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026. We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay.
Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026•
Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.•
Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Parking & Amenities: You will be charged a one-time fee that will apply to one vehicle. Each unit is provided with one parking spot assigned to the unit, but if you have more than one, extra fees will apply, and you will have to park in the spots that are marked yellow. Panama City Beach is a gem that offers an unparalleled escape. Imagine waking up to the sun’s rays and the gentle sea breeze, ready to spend your days lounging on the pristine sugar-white sands right outside your door. Dive into the refreshing waters of the large shared pool, unwind in the soothing embrace of the shared hot tub, or, if you get too much sun, try the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Simply soak up the sun and create unforgettable memories. 

Beyond the beachfront bliss, this condo provides easy access to a fitness center and a variety of alfresco seating and dining spots. Venture into the nearby attractions, such as Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park, to make the most of your Emerald Coast getaway. 

The spot is in one of the best locations for walking to anything you need, like Walmart Supercenter, going souvenir shopping, trying bowling or the arcade, or walking over to WonderWorks or Ripley's Believe It or Not. Don't have the kids, and then you can have a great time at Coyote Ugly, as it is right across the street.

Step inside to see a full kitchen with all the appliances needed to ensure culinary convenience, while the Gulf-view balcony offers the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktails. Indulge in indoor comfort with smart TVs, wifi, and cable television, or switch over to the Roku for your downloaded favorites. Cool off in the central air-conditioning, or take advantage of the private washer/dryer.

Things to Know:- Some shared amenities, such as the tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill, are only open during peak season (March-October).-
Guests must pay $100 directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers parking and wristbands for amenities access.-
During spring break, all occupants must be at least 25 years of age, and no alcohol is allowed on the beach the whole month of March.
Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental.-
Guest entry instructions: This rental uses an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.-
Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wish I’d booked longer stay

The unit was great. Plenty of room and privacy.. traveled with teenagers. Got there early so we went ahead and got wristbands and enjoyed the pool till unit was ready. It was clean and very relaxing! Conveniently located, walk right on over to Pineapple Willys. Security was on it. You wasn’t entering without wristbands. Well worth it and will definitely book again.

Pass on this one

This property is in serious need of repair. We arrived with patio furniture in the unit, a broken AC, cabinet doors falling off, splatters on the oven and dirty bed sheets. The property manager took care of the patio furniture and fixed the AC eventually but we were told to wash the sheets or replace them with others found in the unit. Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee to be spending our vacation cleaning the unit. The unit is very dated- cracks in the floors, chunks missing out of tiles, dirty appliances, stains on the walls, the list goes on. Furthermore, we booked the unit in part due to the condo amenities- large beautiful outdoor pool. When we arrived, the pool was completely drained. The manager offered no warning to us that this wouldn’t be available prior to arrival. We got an email day 3 saying the pool is closed. This is unacceptable.Positives- the complex itself has a wonderful location and great views of the ocean/pool. The parking is also very convenient.

Vacasa Customer Service is Brutal!

My wife and I booked 2 nights at this unit. Our visit, in fairness was to check the facilities as we were there looking to purchase an investment property. We reluctantly booked through Vacasa as we have had an issue with another of their properties in the past and received brutal customer service, but we were limited on time and options, so we were kinda stuck. We arrived at our unit and found it to be average at best. I'm not going to go into the condition of this unit but I will say if your looking for comfort and higher end amenities, look elsewhere. As far as our second issue with Vacasa's customer service goes....,when we arrived, we noticed there was 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper in the master bathroom. Not a problem you would think because there is 2 bathrooms in the unit......., not so much. The second bathroom didn't have any toilet paper at all. We search the whole unit and realized there wasn't any toilet paper in the unit at all. We pondered about just taking a walk to Walmart and grabbing a pack, but we thought " why should we have to do that? We just dropped close to $1000 for a 2 nights stay and that's something that should be provided!" We contacted Vacasa and my wife was on the phone for 25 mins with someone who clearly had no idea how to resolve the problem or who they should speak to, although before they hung up the phone, they promised to have someone drop off the requested property. Needless to say, we waited 2 days, and never received any call back,any follow up and more importantly......, No Toilet Paper! We purchased a beautiful condo while there and I can assure you one thing......, we will NEVER use Vacasa as our property management company!
