The master bedroom, facing the Gulf, boasts its own private full bath and features a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, Pack N Play, a drying rack, and a spacious closet. The bunk room also includes its own full bathroom, alongside a convenient in-unit washer/dryer and bunk beds (1 Twin & 1 Double mattress).

Relish in the Gulf of Mexico views from the living room, which opens to a private balcony. The living room is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper and a smart Roku flat-screen TV equipped with Apple Play, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. All parts of the condo are accessible to our guests except one locked owner's closet in the bedroom with the bunk beds.

To ensure the best experience, we recommend bringing personal-care items, beach towels, coffee, laundry pods, and ample sunscreen. If you're traveling light, don't worry—there's a Walmart conveniently located just 0.3 miles away! You can download the Instacart app and have your order delivered.

Kickstart your day with a treat from the onsite coffee shop, where you can find coffee, donuts, and ice cream. Alternatively, savor the perfect tropical beverage at the Tiki Bar (seasonal) before taking a stroll along the beach. On your way back, indulge in delectable appetizers at the Shoreline Bar and Grill (seasonal).

Just so you know, the owners are not on-site for check-in, but our seamless process makes it a smooth arrival. The outdoor pool is not heated; however, we provide an outdoor hot tub and a heated indoor pool/hot tub for your comfort during the winter months. Panama City Beach offers various activities for families, making it one of the best destinations in Florida. You'll find numerous dining options, entertainment venues, and exciting attractions within walking distance. For convenient transportation, Uber is readily available, and the Bayway public transportation system conveniently stops near the condo.

Upon arrival, please follow these instructions for parking and obtaining your parking pass and wristbands:

As you enter the parking garage, proceed to the podium and inform the guard that you are checking into Unit 1012. They will direct you to purchase your parking pass and wristbands.

There is a one-time fee of $81 for your group's parking permit and wristbands, required by the Shores of Panama, which grants you access to all of our resort's amenities. All guests 8+ are required to have a wristband.

You will have private parking on the 10th floor, where you'll find a designated parking spot marked "1012." This convenient location will make unloading your belongings a breeze.

Please note that vehicles parked in other privately owned spaces will be towed at the guest's expense. If you require additional public parking, it is available at 9941 Thomas Drive, near Ripley's, for $12/day. in Panama City Beach. For more information, please consult the security desk.

With your wristbands, you will have exclusive access to the gated resort amenities, including the fitness center, pool, hot tub, evening live music (seasonal), and private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. On the beach, you can enjoy a range of activities such as Banana Boat rides, Parasailing, Dolphin Tours, Pontoon Boats, and chair/umbrella rentals. Pricing information for these activities can be found at the beach booth, which is open from 2/28 to 10/31.

The outdoor pool is NOT heated. There is an outdoor hot tub and a heated indoor pool/hot tub that you may prefer during the winter months.
