TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Carqueiranne, located in the VAR department, is close to remarkable tourist sites—the Îles d’Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Île du Levant). Accessible by boat from the Tour Fondue in Hyères, a 20-minute drive away—the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, a 30-minute drive away—the village of Le Lavandou, a 35-minute drive away—Estagnol Beach, a 35-minute drive away - The village of Castelet, a 50-minute drive - Saint-Tropez, a 60-minute drive. Just a 15-minute walk from the village center, where the market is held every Thursday morning, and a 5-minute drive from the harbor and the beach. Ideally located near the Col du Serre, the town of Hyères (train station) is just a 10-minute drive away. Please note that access to the villa is via a small, steep path off the main road. It is built on the heights of La Benoîte Hill in Carqueiranne. Louis, the co-host, will welcome you and communicate with you regarding arrival and departure formalities. Check-in and the final inspection take place in person on-site. During the May long weekend, the house must be vacated by 5:00 PM at the latest. For weekends (OFF-SEASON), the house must be vacated by 5:00 PM, subject to confirmation by the host. We do not allow pets, and parties are strictly prohibited. Linens can be provided upon request for an additional fee. REMINDER: The linen kit for 2 people costs 30e per stay and includes a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, two pillowcases, two large towels, and two small towels. Please note that we are in a high-fire-risk area. Open fires are therefore strictly prohibited; cigarettes are allowed only on the terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
