Welcome to our spacious house located in Pleslin-Trigavou, perfect for family or friends vacations. It combines modern comfort with authentic charm, offering many areas for relaxation and social moments.
With a covered pool, cinema room, play areas, and a large landscaped garden, everyone will find something to enjoy during their stay. The location is also ideal for exploring the beaches, picturesque villages, and historic sites of the region.
The Accommodation
Our 323 m² house can accommodate up to 13 people and has been designed to offer space, comfort, and conviviality for all guests.

A practical space with a shoe rack and coat hooks.
Living & Dining Room (54 m²)
A large, bright, and open living space, perfect for gathering with family or friends. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa, while the large windows provide natural light and give direct access to the outdoors. The dining room has a large table for sharing meals together.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Oven, microwave, stove with hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker.
Utility Room
Plenty of storage, plus an additional refrigerator and freezer.

1 pear tree, 3 apple trees, 1 mirabelle plum tree, 2 cherry trees, and 1 fig tree 🌳.
