This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Trapper View Lodge is a luxury cabin that provides the best of both worlds, total privacy on a wooded lot plus an amazing view of the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Right off the main room, there is a huge deck with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone to sit back, take a deep breath and enjoy incredible sunsets and the serene sights and sounds of the North Georgia Mountains. With a gas grill, picnic table and outdoor fireplace, this is a great spot to enjoy some delicious meals in the fresh mountain air. This entire outdoor area is absolutely spectacular and the ideal spot for everyone to gather.

The interior of this luxury mountain cabin has just as much to offer as the exterior. There's a stunnimg large great room with a floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace and plenty of seating, plus a large flat screened TV. Bright and airy, there is an abundance of sunlight filtering into the room through both doors and overhead windows. Just a few steps away you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possible need to whip up some delicious meals or maybe you'll decide to hire a chef to do the work for you, while you relax and sip some delicious wine from one of our divine vineyards in the area.

The Master suite is located on the main level and has wonderful views of the Georgia Mountains, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom complete with a separate shower and a garden tub. On the opposite side of the cabin, also on the main level, you will find a queen sized bedroom, which also has big mountain views and bathroom access. This is a perfect setup for two couples traveling together or a family with children. Not to be missed is the upstairs bedroom nook, just steps away you'll find the perfect little hideaway with seating (actual trundle bed) and a large flat screen TV for streaming. If you need to catch up on some work or just need some private "me" time, this is the perfect spot to do that. This is also a great little space for kids to sleep.

This romantic hideaway also has a terrace level complete with a pool table for some friendly competition, large leather sectional and a big screen TV. You also have high speed fiber internet to easily connect to the outside world while at the cabin. Does chilling in the hot tub with a beverage of your choice sounds like the ideal way to let the stress just melt away, well, come on in, the water's great!

The cabin is only minutes away from downtown Ellijay, where you'll find some great local restaurants, bars, antiques stores and boutiques to shop to your hearts desire. You can also visit one of the many Apple Farms/Orchards on Hwy 52E, where you can enjoy sampling the cider and variety of fried pies that the area is known for. When going to one of these apple houses or on your way to tube the river, you'll pass the beautiful Mountain Oasis office, right on the river. Drop in if you have a chance, we love to meet our guests and visit the Mountain Oasis Decor/Gift Store where you can pick up some great gifts or something special for you! One of the biggest fall events in North Georgia is the Ellijay Apple Festival, which takes place right outside the gates of the Coosawattee River Resort. Be sure to book early to get a front row seat to this fun and exciting event. Trapper View Lodge is also located near plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding and more, so pack your bags and head on up to mountains of North Georgia, you may have just found your perfect vacation cabin!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/Drip combo, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, and a charcoal grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
