🔑This apartment has its own separate entrance. However, we are available 7 days a week to assist you if needed. You can contact us through the booking platform.

-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any loss or misplacement of keys between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

-Forgotten items
We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
