The property is situated in the heart of Cap-d’Ail, a charming and authentic village just a stone’s throw from Monaco. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, a supermarket and transport links are all within easy reach. The beautiful beaches of Cap-d’Ail, including the famous Mala beach, are easily accessible, as is Monaco, which can be reached quickly on foot or by bus.

This bright, recently refurbished studio has been designed to offer a comfortable and practical stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for two people, as well as a dining table for your meals.

The studio also comes with all the necessary amenities for your stay: a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave, as well as an internet connection and a television for your leisure time.

The private bathroom completes the accommodation. Thanks to its lovely natural light and sea views, the apartment offers a calm and bright atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Monaco and the French Riviera.

The "Liberté" bus stop is about a 1-minute walk from the address.

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is a 28-minute drive away.


A set of bed linen and towels is provided per person during your stay and is included in the cleaning fee. A welcome pack is provided to help you get your holiday off to a good start. This pack includes: small bars of soap and shampoo, coffee, toilet rolls and bin bags.

Please note, however, that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
