Our family of 10 stayed at this property 14 days during Christmas and New Year's. The host, Rob, thought of almost everything! The kitchen is well stocked and there is just about anything you need. The living room area has a large, sectional sofa where we were able to relax and watch movies. The kids really enjoyed their space in the 4th bedroom. There was a lot of board games available and we played several. Outside, there is a nice, little dock for fishing. We caught tons of little bass! There was a john boat and kayaks to use and everyone enjoyed taking laps around the lake. There are chairs and a seating area outside and a grill that we used to cook dinner a couple of nights.Rob is a great host and we were lucky enough to meet him a couple of days before our check-in day. He showed us around the house and where everything was located. He even checked with us to make sure we were okay and that we didn't need anything.If you need space for a larger family that is clean and well appointed, this is the right rental!
