Well stocked condo in the Mountain Side Complex, with plenty of parking . Walk to the lifts and be at the base of the Granby Ranch Ski mountain in minutes.
One bedroom condo with a spa room. A queen bed furnishes the private master bedroom and on suite full bathroom. In addition there is a murphy bed and pull out couch in the common areas and a full second bathroom for additional guest comfort. A double sided fire place for you to enjoy the spa after a day of activity. Steps from skiing, snow shoeing trails, snowmobiling, and fantastic sledding hills for all to enjoy. In the summer you might like mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and fishing. Granby Ranch also features summer concerts at the base of the mountain. Choose your own adventure, or just relax next to the fireplace with a good book.
The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy your coffee in the morning, and a nice glass of wine in the evening.
Take in the evening stars from your private balcony. The spectacular view from the condo overlooks the valley and golf course of Granby Ranch. In the distance you can see the peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park.
In the summer you will have full access to a community grill, common area, swimming pool, tennis court and a basketball court. There are also a laundry services across the hall from the main door.

The accommodation was nice and clean(ish)-some dust bunnies around the fixtures in bathrooms. A few issues- need a better fan for warmer climates with no air conditioning. The bedroom fan/light was broken as the light part could not be turned off and leave fan on at night. Another thing was there was only one light bulb working in bathroom off of kitchen area. Would recommend NOT using the laundry facilities as ends up costing way more because the machines do not work real well if at all. The buildings are older and definitely showing signs of that-decking area, railing and such.

Great Condo & Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and could have slept 2 more easily. The cabin was very clean and probably one of the best stocked Vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect for ski-in/ski-out and just a short drive down the hill if you wanted to drive to the main ski ranch. Easy 5-10 minute drive to the grocery store or food in downtown Granby. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Granby!

Perfect President's Day Getaway

Great condo for our family of four! Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean, tidy, well-appointed. It is located on the back side of the condominium units, so it's not super easy to ski out of, otherwise it was wonderful.

More than words can say...this place is excellent for a family ski trip!

The pictures don't give the full depth of the space in this condo! They have thought of everything and utilized every single inch in this place! My husband commented on the cleanliness of this condo numerous times throughout our stay and he usually doesn't pay much attention to that, but it was CLEAN! The view out the living room window is great. I enjoyed coffee with the view each morning! The location is excellent! You are about equal walking distance from putting on your skis to head down a short hill to the base of the mountain or going the other direction toward a smaller lift that will get you up a run to head to the base of the mountain. When you want a break or are ready to end your day, there is the perfect ski out spot to head on in to the condo! The spa room in brilliant and great to relax in, our kids enjoyed playing games in front of the fireplace in the living room, and the kitchen had everything we needed to get dinner taken care of! Having two full bathrooms is amazing and helps tremendously with a family of five! There is so much storage space that everything we brought was neatly out of the way, allowing the perfect amount of room for our family to live comfortably for the week! You are in the perfect location between Granby and Frasier, with the local Granby grocery store only five minutes away! When headed back to Granby, we will definitely book this condo again!

So close to the Slopes!

It was our first time to Granby and we loved it! This is a very comfortable condo. We had some friends with us and it was so nice to have the 2 bathrooms. Very spacious for only being a 1 bedroom unit. The pullout couch was good for kids, though I think an adult may complain if they slept there. Great location to ski in/ski out.

Granby gem

We had a great time in Granby and the Condo was part of the reason. Good location to bike trails. Granby Ranch setting very vacation friendly. You can tell the new owners are investing in the Ranch property. Nathan was very nice to work with. 5 Stars!
