This property is perfectly located within walking distance of the Granby Ranch slopes and provides access to a range of outdoor activities throughout the year, enhanced by distinctive amenities and breathtaking views of the mountains and valley.
This updated condominium showcases a contemporary interior design, a generous floor plan, and vaulted ceilings, making it an ideal getaway for families.
The large living room boasts vaulted ceilings and several areas for relaxation, offering a cozy environment to unwind while enjoying the views. It is furnished with a flat-screen television and a gas fireplace. Additionally, the living room grants easy access to a private deck, where guests can soak up the Colorado sunshine and admire the beauty of the evening sunsets.
A half wall partition separates the living room from the main dining area, which can comfortably seat up to six people and features hardwood flooring. The spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample space for preparing all your vacation meals.
