White Caps 1506 presents a splendid opportunity for a Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of coastal living and indulge in the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore.

Situated on the 15th floor, this condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf from its private wrap-around balcony, accessible from every bedroom. Recently updated, this condo boasts modern amenities and stylish decor to enhance your vacation experience.

The Primary suite beckons with a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access, providing a serene space to unwind after a day of beachside adventures. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two Twin beds, ideal for accommodating families or groups. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment.

With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, including a sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit ensures ample space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances allows you to whip up delicious meals with ease, while the full-sized washer and dryer offer convenience during your stay. Beach view very nice. Condo maintenance poor. There was a screw in door handle leading out to balcony. I had to hold the screw in and pull door open. The drapes had places were they were not connected to the rod and nothing to open them with. The only light that worked with a switch was the kitchen. Some of the lights not even plug in and some had no were to plug it into.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at White Caps 1506! The view was great and the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend!

Fall Break Family Vacation

A fantastic rental for our family. Great location. Beautiful beach. The condo and the overall property was very well maintained. The porch and the hot tub were a perfect spot to end each day after soaking up sun.

Great property

Had a wonderful time with family and friends for a short beach getaway. Great location, nice pools and clean. My only complaint is that we were missing the remote to the tv in the main room and where unable to log into streaming to watch the Alabama game.

Besties birthday trip

Very nice condo. We loved the balcony and the view was fantastic. We had issues the wifi and 2 tvs and maintenance came and took care of it, very timely. Thank you to the owner for sharing such a wonderful condo. Lots of memories were made on our trip.

Property was set up well and clean. We enjoyed the space and wrap around balcony. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the pull out mattress. It was not good.

Work and play

I was attending a business conference at the Orange Beach Event Center, but wanted to stay on the beach. White Caps was perfect! It was only 10-15 minutes from the event center. The views from 1506 are amazing and my elderly mom and aunt enjoyed sitting out on the spacious wraparound balcony. Everyone loved this property. The guest services team was amazing! I highly recommend this property.

our stay

Condo is a nice layout but had quite a bit of stuff that needs to be fixed; we only had 2 sitting chairs on the balcony for 5 people that was super disappointing, towel rack in the bathroom fell off, light on the balcony was out, dishwasher didn't work, the wood floor in the 2 smaller bedrooms is bubbling up, not glued down good or something. The condo has a lot of potential but I found out while i was there the condo is up for sale so maybe the new owners will fix it up.

Great Location

The furnishings are getting a little shabby but are functional except for the curtains in 1 room. I contacted the management 3 separate times and they were rigged but never fixed. The management texted a lot but didn't take care of the situation. The location, however, is wonderful

Great Property

Little dated but I’m renting, not buying so no big deal. Top dishes were clean but the rest were covered in dust so we did a full quick load to wash everything we would use. Again, not a big deal. Rooms were clean, view was fantastic! Indoor pool was good. Security guard was polite. Easy access for beach. Dollar General across the street or Walmart a few blocks down for necessities. Overall it was great! We will definitely stay again.

More towels, especially hand towels are needed. Enough for two days. We had 7 towels and wash cloths, but only 2 hand towels. Double that would have been better. The door from the family room to the deck needs another screw in the handle. And finally the ice maker wasn't adequate.

Could have been a more enjoyable stay

The property was extremely clean with a wonderful view. Check in was easy. The furniture and walls could use some updating and the patio furniture needs to be thrown out. There’s a beautiful huge balcony to enjoy but the outdoor furniture was complete garbage and only 3 pieces! The patio door could use a handle on the outside as it was difficult to open. The towel bar in the main bathroom is broken and falls off the wall if you put a towel on it. Ran into problems with interruptions and Liquid Life did nothing to help reschedule a dryer vent cleaning that we asked to have delayed til departure day. Asked to have the rep work with HOA to reschedule maintenance and was quick to receive a reply stating that no refunds would be given.

The balcony & view were amazing and the saving grace for this stay. Overall, the condo was what you would expect. There were little things that needed attention, but nothing major: towel bars that were precariously attached to the wall, a random handle on the sliding glass door that was not attached properly so it could poke you on the back side, a broken part of the refrigerator that was just placed on top of the fridge, the light switches in the bedrooms didn't actually control the ceiling fans so you had to reach the pull cords. There was also wet towels in the washer when we got there, and only one ceremic pan that was definitely not non-stick, so cooking was a challenge we overcame. We started out with a big orange code violation sticker on the refrigerator from June, so that was cool. I'm not sure what that was for or why it was there. On the 2nd full day of our stay, we came home from activities in the evening and found the sticker off of the refrigerator with remnants of it scattered all over the floor. I asked everyone in the condo if they had removed it, and came to the conclusion that someone had been in our condo unannounced. I called the after hours number for Liquid Life and was told she would tell the team and see if she could find out. There was not much concern or urgency, and I never received a follow-up. Nobody can tell me who was in our personal space without our permission, what they did or why they were there unannounced.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really surprised by the size of the apartment. While the rooms were very nice, the balcony spacious, it is in need of some updating. The shower head was just a wand with a broken holder, and it did not drain very well. The appliances in the kitchen were fairly new, the utensils were well used and it showed. No cookie sheet for baking, no pot large enough for spaghetti. The only mixing bowls are cheap plastic. There was no toaster, but the coffee maker was excellent. Loved the full size W&D, made doing laundry much easier. It was very clean, there were ample linens, both for the bath and bathrooms, but only 2 towels for the kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful condo. It was very clean and plenty of space for all of our family to sleep. We have 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The balcony was absolutely wonderful to just relax and see the ocean. I would come and stay again and this condo. We were able to get in way before check-in time.
