Coastal comfort awaits at 101 Swedes Street, Unit 1 in Dewey Beach! Sitting approximately one block from the beach, this expansive townhome is in the heart of downtown. Directly across Coastal Highway is Nick's Mini Golf, and Dewey Beer Company is also close by, offering an array of delicious eats for guests to try. The vacation rental itself is meticulously maintained with five bedrooms, allowing everyone to have space to spread out and relax how they please. Guests are treated to premium hardwood floors throughout, and nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, which make the space feel even larger. In the kitchen, top-of-the-line finishes such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops come together, giving guests a gourmet dining experience with the comforts of home. Interior spaces are just the start when it comes to 101 Swedes, Unit 1.
There is a plethora of outdoor spaces where guests can take in exquisite coastal breezes blowing in off the Atlantic Ocean. Undoubtedly, the highlight of those decks is the amazing roof-top deck, which to the east provides guests that sought-after ocean view. Nothing says luxury beach living like views of the water, after all.
Amenities at 101 Swedes, Unit 1 include off-street parking for a total of five cars (two garage spaces, three in the driveway) and an elevator for convenient access to all levels of the home. This rental is an ideal option for guests looking to explore the Delaware Beaches during the off-season as well! Come explore the shops and restaurants without the large summer crowds.

This home is also pet-friendly, happily accepting your four-legged friends during your vacation for an additional $300 non-refundable pet fee (At this time, the landlord is allowing only dogs). 2 dog maximum occupancy.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $294.00.

Overall great stay at this property. Elevator was key in our decision to book here. The property was spacious, clean, pet-friendly and perfect for our group. There was some noise from traffic on Route 1 but that was offset by the great location. We would stay at this property again.

Amazing location and beautiful property. The house is in the heart of Dewey and so convenient to all Dewey restaurants, nightlife and the beach. It offered plenty of room for everyone including our four-legged family member. We had a great time!

Amazing location to it all.

This home worked out very nice for our family and we had a wonderful week. The porches and back yard were very relaxing and it gave everyone space to do their own thing. The home was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that it was a little bit noisy on the weekend with the street traffic.

Wonderful Multi-family Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our extended family of 9 and dog! Everyone had their own bed/bath space, parking was key as was the elevator for my dad who recently had knee surgery, and the backyard was perfect for our pup. The location was wonderful - one block from the beach and an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Dewey.

House was exactly as it appears in the photos and exactly what we needed. Excellent location…walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. We enjoyed the extended summer weather around the big table on the deck.

Great location and house

Perfect house for a friends trip (four couples and three babies/toddlers). The property is in great condition and perfectly located one block from the beach and a two minute walk to Dewey Beer Co and Starboard. Traffic noise was a little loud from the balconies (the house is literally next to route 1), but decently soundproofed when the doors/windows are closed. Would stay again!

Nice Space Close to Beach

Apartment was extremely convenient to the beach and had everything our larger group needed. Many porches and a nice backyard area for enjoying the outside when not at the beach. Close to the highway so lots of noise at night if that is an issue for you. A little annoying that linens are not included, although they can be added for an extra fee.

Fun Family Beach Home

Great place for a 3-generation family stay. Close proximity to the beach, fishing, restaurants and mini golf! Everyone from age 11-74 had fun and enjoyed the beautiful condo!!

Great location

The unit is wonderful. The only drawback is that it is right beside Route 1. The furnishings are top notch and it is very spacious. We had a problem with a broken bed frame and they took care of it immediately. Great service.

Good for quick stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with a couple families for a softball tournament. The house was clean, the location was right on Rt 1 and a block from the beach. We really weren’t going to be there much but wanted a house rather than a hotel.A few things to keep in mind. It’s on the corner of the main road. On Friday evening it was very loud. This made it hard to sleep. I didn’t realize it would be like this until that evening. The next night was much better but I will say you’re down at the main area with the bars within a block so some rowdy people after leaving but not too bad.We liked that it was a block away from beach, the table on the front made it nice to hang out. There is a mini golf across the street and many restaurants/cafes in walking distance. It would’ve been nice to have the back yard as well like the neighbors as this is a duplex unit. The renters beside us we’re pretty loud and had the police called a few times- not by us but I assume the other side.There were a few things that could be fixed at the house. The door knob into the garage was completely off the door. The one garage door only closed from inside and the top bunk was bowing making it uncomfortable for the kid that was below. Not sure I could stay for the week here but for a long weekend it worked out!

Perfect Location, could have been cleaner

We loved the location and the ability to walk everywhere, but were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house; especially considering the price to rent. There was trash on the back porch and there was no toilet paper, paper products, hand soap, or cleaning supplies. We were not told this would not be provided, so we had to go out and buy it all. It also smelled like dog when we arrived, so we had to leave the windows open for a few hours. The only other catch is that you have to order linens separately, and those will run you another $300. If the owner prioritizes keeping the place cleaner, then I would definitely recommend this rental.

AMAZING PROPERTY

The most ideal location next to all the fun bars and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Nicest renters / property manager and very flexible with accommodations. Would 100% recommend staying here - I’ll definitely be back!

Nice Place - could use a few minor improvements

Just a few issues.We had to spend 2 hours cleaning the mouse feces covered grill.The upstairs master bathroom toilet runs.The cleaning crew did not do a very good job.It's right on Coastal Hwy, which is great but comes with a lot of night time road noise.Paying for the linen service means that a company drops off sheets and towels the day you arrive. That didn't happen until 8 pm at which point we had to make the beds.Again, all minor issues. Generally, the house was great.
