*10 minutes drive to the beach

*only a minute drive to Barefoot Landing, restaurants and stores.



The Space:

*2nd floor, must climb stairs

*2 bedrooms, 2 baths

*1 King bed, 2 single beds, sofa bed in the living room

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* washer/dryer available.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes drive to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

Wonderful but always had to do laundry because of towels

It was a beautiful place. It was easy accessibility. It’s a neighbourhood. It was great. Only issues the washer is very loud makes a lot of noise.We didn’t have enough towels were always having to do wash but everything else was wonderful.

Enjoyed staying in this beautiful, relaxing, well maintained condo. Host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again, view was fantastic with pond outside balcony and view through master bedroom

Great view

The condo listing was accurate and communicating with the property owner was easy. The unit has a great view from the porch which was a great place to have morning coffee. It’s located in a quieter community with easy access to numerous restaurants.

Our stay was out standing. The property was as we thought is would be. We had some misunderstanding about check-in We did not receive all the emails from VRBO check-in code, the property owner helped us, so was well after we received code and was able to get into the property.

Beautiful area!!

Condo was clean and comfortable. They were putting new shingles on the roofs on several of the complexes so a bit noisy but we were not there much due to moving our granddaughter into her college dorm. We would recommend this condo. More towels and wash clothes would be helpful.

We booked this last minute after fleeing a really bad property we'd book3d with our daughter's softball team. Emily was responsive and understanding of our situation. The property was clean, exactly as described, decorat3d adorably and well-equipped in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the washer not working, but Emily was on it immediately and we had a replacement within 24 hours.

very good. need more more wash cloths in unit though. only 3 wash cloths to use.we were doing wash every day on vacation. towels were very thin. those need upgraded.

Beautiful location, not so comfortable stay

This review is coming from someone who’s stayed at many lodgings around the world so I am very picky and serious about my accommodations. The pictures did this property justice. It’s an end unit on the 2nd floor that overlooked the section’s fountain. Past the aesthetics, this property fell short of comfortable accommodations. The furniture is well past its prime. Everywhere we sat was either hard or flat. The mattress in the master bedroom sunk in the middle. I needed a push from my husband to get out of it. The living room furniture had an awkward layout. The tv sits right at the master bedroom’s door so you need to close the door if both tvs are being watched simultaneously. For a week’s stay for two people we received 2 wanna-be bath towels and ONE washcloth. The quality of them was very poor. A simple trip to even Walmart could supply several better quality bath sets. You need two for a week’s stay. I’m thankful we travel with our own else we would’ve been doing laundry daily. The sink stopper was missing from the master bath which the housekeeper should’ve caught. I shuddered to think a cap from one of our products would fall through. Lastly, some attention to the balcony would be nice. Cob and spider webs, dust, and a full bottle of liquid were left for us to care for. Pay extreme attention to the word minimum because this unit did not provide the basic necessities for a stay. No dish detergent was provided. However, there were dishwasher tabs.

Check- in process was easy, owner was very responsive, golf at Barefoot was great, and the unit was just as it appears in the listing! Would recommend to friends and stay again!
