A mooring is available during boat during the boating season. The property is quite private. The Knights Hill Community is perfect for families, offering a nice beach area (there is even a pet friendly waterfront area), two tennis courts, pristine adult and kiddie pools and a dock for you use in loading and unloading. For winter guests, the property is minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River for great, groomed skiing. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing practically outside your door.
