Nuestro amplio y luminoso apartamento en 8 cerca del centro El distrito de Viena ofrece comodidad y amplitud. Dado que nuestros huéspedes deben sentirse cómodos, hemos puesto especial énfasis en el amoroso mobiliario de las habitaciones individuales. La cocina y el baño están totalmente equipados. TV tiene más de 100 canales, WiFi es de uso gratuito.
Nuestro túnel local Vienna Live se encuentra en el mismo edificio y se ha establecido durante décadas, donde también puede tomar el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena. Por la noche, a menudo existe la oportunidad de escuchar un concierto en nuestra bodega de música. En los meses de verano, nuestro jardín en la acera lo invita a quedarse al aire libre.
Hay una gran selección de degustaciones gastronómicas en nuestra área. Ayuntamiento, Burgtheater, Votivkirche, Altes AKH, etc. están a poca distancia.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected which worked out perfectly. It was in a great location, lots of restaurants and access to public transportation. Would stay there again for sure!!!

Perfect location to see Vienna!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The living areas were well decorated and roomy. It was easy to get around Vienna from this location. Also several good restaurants and shops very close by.

Perfect location

Stayed here with my husband, daughter, and 87-year-old mother. It was her first trip to Europe in 20 years, and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s got great access to public transportation, groceries, and neighborhood restaurants. The owner graciously let us check in early, too, so my mom could recover from the long plane flight. It was a great experience!

Convenient and comfortable

Great apartment that is conveniently located. It is just a few tram stops to the centre. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. A few more instructions for finding the apartment and check-in would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beautiful Comfortable Apartment in Josefstadt

This stunning apartment is huge and was very clean, the neighbourhood is beautiful and a short walk from the city center. We were a group of 4 adults & it was the perfect size. Despite the very hot August weather it stayed cool with the windows open. There is a resto-bar downstairs (very convenient for us!) and we barely heard any noise from it. A great experience and perfect place to call home for a while in Vienna!

Great location but could use a facelift

Apartment was in a great spot! Transit was nearby and it was an easy walk to city center. Plenty of eateries and shops nearby. The Tunnel employees were kind and very helpful. Our only complaint was the apartment is not in good shape. The walls have handprints and scuffs all over them and the floor was dirty. Overall, we liked it, but it needs some love.

The apartment suited us in every respect. It is spacious, well located and well equipped. Cleanliness was excellent. For our unusual family structure (2 parents, 2 daughters &1 fiancé) the room layout was perfect. Communication with the owner was also excellent and they were obliging and helpful. We will be back. 3 Generations 3 Nights

Clean, well located. The noise from Vienna Live Tunnel (one floor below) on Friday evening lasted until the early hours of the morning. Also not a true three bedroom, but it has a sleeping couch in the living room. It could use some better curtains to keep the morning light at a minimum. But otherwise a good choice, a nice kitchen, well stocked with cutlery and dishes.

Great Location!

The location can’t be better. We were able to walk to every thing we wanted to see and do in the city center. The apartment was comfortable and was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. There are many restaurants and grocery options close by. It is above a restaurant that is open until midnight so noise could be an issue for some. The check-in process wasn’t perfect as we had to wait in the restaurant for the keys to be found but once inside found everything to be clean & tidy. Also parking can be tricky as you can’t park on the street and the parkades were often full. Overall a great stay.

Clean, spacious, good location

Property was very clean, and well supplied. Shared spaces were large. Was located close to transit to easily get around city center. No air conditioning (as expected) and we were there during a few very warm days, so kept the windows open, but the windows are right above the patio seating so it was a little loud with conversations and laughter during the evening hours (but not terrible). We anticipated there might be noisy due to being over The Tunnel, so was quieter than I thought it might be, but definitely a consideration in hot weather.

Nice apartment, good location

The apartment was very large and offered 2 saparate bedrooms which was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Our only concerns was around communication. I'd asked if there were a way to check out bags as we were scheduled to arrive in the morning and never received an answer. The address was sent the day before we left with a short note to pick up the keys at the bar. After missing a connection flight we arrived at 9:00 pm after a long walk from the UBahn stop in the rain and very very tired. We asked for keys to apartment and someone said they'd get them, but then proceeded to tend to the bar customers and ignore us standing awkwardly in the entrance. Even a word about how long we'd have to wait would have helped. Finally we decided to take a table and eat in the bar since we were waiting anyway and running out of time to get to a restaurant, but were quickly told we couldn't sit there as it was reserved and they couldn't fit us in for an hour or so. That finally resulted in getting a key. We went next door to the Italian restaurant were we were treated like royalty. More info about the UBahn and Street Car connections would have helped - I believe it's the #2 streetcar that goes right next to this apartment.

A little bit away from the centre of the city, but very walkable and within easy reach of Vienna's excellent transportation system. The apartment was spacious and clean- not 3 bedrooms though- 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Sits above a music venue, so need to be prepared for some noise, but this didn't disturb us. We communicated with my broken German and their broken Englsh, but managed to get what we needed.

Wie haben die Zeit genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, für drei Erwachsene toll.Man ist mitten im Geschehen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus/ oder der Bahn.Essen & Trinken satt, überall trifft man auf nette Wiener.Außerdem hatten wir das spannendste Parkhaus ever, 50 Meter bei der Wohnung!LG und auf ein Neues

Appartement propre et confortable

Logement confortable et propre, le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux demandes d'informations (procédure d'entrée, procédure de sortie), peu d'interactions avec lui mais efficaces. Une remarque quand même, dans l'annonce, il est indiqué 3 chambres (et non 3 pièces) alors qu'il y a deux chambres et un grand séjour. Le logement est suffisamment proche de tous les spots touristiques et nous avons quasiment tout visité à pied. Séjour très agréable

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

alles bestens :) problemloser "Check-in" in der Gastro "Tunnel Vienna Live". Geräumiges Appartement mit allem, was man benötigt. Netter Vermieter (wir konnten am Abreisetag das Appartement länger nutzen, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging). Bäcker, Supermarkt, Haltestelle von Bus und Straßenbahn - alles im Umkreis von wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Wundervolles Josefstadt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Josefstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wiener Innenstadt sowie umliegende Stadtbezirke sind gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Parken ist teuer. Daher der Tipp: Besser in einem P&R-Parkhaus außerhalb parken. Parken

4 jours de tourisme à Vienne

Nos 3 enfants (19-25 ans) voulaient voir Vienne ! La ville nous a émerveillés. L'appartement est très lumineux, spacieux, extrêmement bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier à la fois vivant et calme, très agréable, assez proche de tout. On était triste de le quitter! Le propriétaire est relax avec nous.
