Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo has lodging for everyone's budget - from budget-friendly small units in town to multi-million dollar houses up on the hill with amazing views.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

DISCLOSURE: This is a remote house that is fully fenced and about an 8-10 minute drive from Tamarindo. Due to the remote location of the house, response times will be longer. This is a great property for those who want to be away from it all and enjoy Costa Rica's nature and views. This is NOT a great property for those who want quick/smooth access to the town of Tamarindo or to be close to others.

Casa Ylang Ylang is a privacy paradise

With very few other houses around, trees and birds will be your neighbors and companions as you enjoy the large wooden deck, private pool, yoga deck, fruit bearing trees, labyrinth, birds and butterflies with the Pacific ocean in the background.

This 2 floor wooden house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped to ensure that you will have a quiet vacation.
The first floor has an open floor plan and lots of windows for natural light and breezes. To the right you have a dinner table for 6 and to the left the stairs to the second floor and access to the in house laundry room on the left. You move on to the fully equipped kitchen with a U shaped quartz counter, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, rice maker, and all utensils.
Past the kitchen we have a sitting and TV area that leads to the refresing pool and the large deck with hammocks, lounge chairs, and the gas BBQ. This floor also has AC so you can stay cool throughout the entire home.

On the second floor, the master bedroom with views to the Pacific has lots of closet space with a personal safe that can be locked off for extra security. The in-suite bathroom has a large shower with a secondary detachable showerhead and sandblasted windows that can be open to appreciate nature as you bathe.
The second bedroom has a king bed, plenty of storage space and a full bathroom next door.
Both bedrooms share the front top terrace with a shaded sitting area where you can do Yoga or enjoy the sunsets and an open area to tan and feel the sun.
The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has two twin beds. These beds can be converted into a King bed as well.

Outside you will have a gated parking area for 2 vehicles with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. The large lot has many fruit-bearing trees like Mangoes, Papayas, and Cashews. Additionally, there is a yoga/sunset deck and a beautiful labyrinth to walk around and enjoy.

To access the house you will need to drive around 10 minutes from Tamarindo towards Los Jobos on a dirt road. A higher 4x4 vehicle or a UTV are the recommended transports and our team can help you arrange these as well as taxis as you will need transportation to come and go to town and the beach.
