ANGLERS COVE - WELCOME TO "ISLAND TIME" AT MARCO ISLAND
Enjoy a 14-day minimum and multiples of 7 days, (Saturday to Saturday only), no pets, no smoking, stay at our comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo we like to call "ISLAND TIME" located in beautiful Marco Island. 2 queen beds, fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, DVD player and 2 smart TV's, one in the living room (new 65" 1/2023) and one in the bedroom (new 42" 1/2022). Western exposure facing Bald Eagle Drive with evening sunsets. Lots of recent updates including paint, living room sectional sofa, peninsula bar stools, coffee table and TV stand (all new 6/2021), and fridge (8/2021). Also new in 8/2022 are the hurricane windows in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Also new screen door on the main entry door 12/2022. New hurricane rated outer lanai doors and main entry door 6/2025. Updated shower 7/2023. Complex hosts 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts and the Dolphin Tiki Bar only a 3-minute walk from our door and on the water. 1/2 mile to Sweet Annie's Ice Cream, <1 mile walk to Dunkin and many other Marco Island favorite eateries. Rent a boat, PWC, or go on dolphin sighting excursion, or a sunset dinner cruise on the Marco Princess at Rose Marina which is right next door to the complex, no need to drive. Drive to beach parking ($), Publix, Winn Dixie, The Esplanade and many other Marco Island locations. Parking in the complex is free and typically ample. Book your stay early as I typically only rent my condo during "season" which runs January through the end of March. I am booked solid every season and the bookings are being made earlier and earlier every year. Our unit is not new to the Marco Island rental pool, we are just new to VRBO. Contact me through VRBO and I will usually get back to you within 30 minutes or so.

I am retired and enjoy, off and on, 2 months out of the year there. I was a construction superintendent so while at the condo I take care of any issues I see myself. I've owned the condo since 2014 and it's been painted twice. We get bored with the color and change it. Because I am retired, once we have each others phone number, if you do call/text me, I will almost always answer immediately and if not, I will get back to you within minutes.

Because we do spend a fair amount of time there, we keep it equipped with everything you would have in your home as far as the kitchen goes, especially those renting for weeks at a time and like to cook in like we do.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The Dolphin Tiki Bar is located on the premises. Easy to walk to for lunch or dinner. Take out is available to bring while enjoying the pools, only steps away, or a 3 minute walk from the condo for dinner or just an evening drink while looking out at the Marco River. Also located right next door is a marina which offers boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters and the Marco Princess for an evening sunset dinner cruise or if you want to just go for a sunset cruise, purchasing the dinner is not required. In either case, the boat does offer a cash bar to enjoy. Cruise usually lasts at least 2 hours. I have personally done the dinner cruise once and the sunset cruise twice. It's very reasonably priced and the food is quite good.
