The Space:

Inside, the open floor plan lets natural light flood the living spaces, creating a seamless flow from the gourmet kitchen to the expansive views beyond.



Sleeping arrangements

Master Suite – king bed, private ensuite bathroom, huge closet, and direct access to a private patio.

Queen Bedroom – queen bed, walk‑in closet, dedicated full bathroom, and patio access.

Second Queen Bedroom – queen bed with its own full bathroom.

Double Queen Bedroom – two queen beds, large walk‑in closet, smart TV, and private full bathroom.

Additional sleeping options – two comfortable couches, one queen‑size air mattress, and one hotel travel crib. The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.



Kitchen & dining

The chef’s kitchen features top‑of‑the‑line appliances, a coffee bar, mixology bar, and kids’ plates and cups. Formal dining room seats six, while the kitchen bar offers two extra seats. An outdoor bar and grill open onto a patio table for six and a round table for four, ideal for al fresco meals under the desert sky.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a sparkling heated pool (additional fee, 48‑hour notice required) framed by panoramic mountain views. An outdoor bar and dining area provide space for entertaining, and the all‑natural stone flooring extends throughout the home, enhancing the seamless indoor‑outdoor feel. Keep trash in the garage to discourage local wildlife.



Neighborhood & convenience

Located in Paradise Valley, the estate is minutes from world‑class attractions: 10 minutes to the Biltmore, 8 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square, and 15 minutes to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and TPC Golf Course. The renowned Sanctuary Resort Spa, Mountain Shadows Resort golf, El Chorro dining, and Camelback Mountain hiking trails are all within easy reach. Scottsdale Airport and Sky Harbor are a short 15‑minute drive away.



Pet‑friendly details

Up to two dogs under 25 lb each are welcome for a $250 fee per dog, payable upfront. Cats are not permitted.

Pet Policy:

-- Dogs under 20lbs each are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay.

-- Written approval and a $250 fee per pet are required.

-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.

-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must be with their owners at all times, and emotional support animals do not qualify.

-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.



Check-in and Check-out:

-- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.

-- Simple check-out instructions are provided upon arrival, and a rental contract is emailed for electronic signature before check-in.

-- A credit card and matching photo ID are required upon check-in for identity verification and to cover any incidentals, as we do not charge a security deposit.

-- Guests booking through third-party websites must submit a copy of their photo ID, email address, and credit card after booking. Minimum age for booking is 21, and pets require advance permission and applicable fees.



Additional Information:

-- Outdoor security cameras are in place for liability purposes.

-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.

-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.

-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.

-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.

-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.

-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.

-- Concierge services are provided by third-party vendors and are not affiliated with the property owner. Guests agree to release the property owner from any claims related to third-party activities.

-- You are paying for liability insurance which covers up to $5,000 in accidental damages (included in your reservation)
