As you enter the home you’ll be delighted by the large, open-concept, great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the relaxing covered patio with a gas fireplace, smart TV, private hot tub, and comfortable furniture.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic in-home meals. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, white quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and accommodates 6.

The 2nd floor bonus room is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movie, or play a fun board game. The heated garage game room will provide plenty of entertainment for all ages and features a ping pong table, foosball, and a shuffleboard table.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks.
• There are 2 master suites on the 2nd floor. Both masters are furnished with king beds, smart TVs, and have private en-suite baths with showers.
• The 2nd floor guest bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and there is a full bath with a tub/shower in the hallway.
• The “bunk room” just off the bonus room boasts 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds.
• There is a ½ bath just off the great room. The home has a total of 4.5 bathrooms.

(The Owners of Sanctuary Villa have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
