This large 4,000 square foot home has plenty of space to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths plus loft.

*BEDROOM LAYOUT*
GUEST SUITE above garage (detached from main home):
(1) King size bed with flat screen smart tv and en suite bathroom as well as walk out porch

MAIN LEVEL in main home:
(2) Primary bedroom with King size bed, flat screen smart tv and en suite bathroom (also connects to the large deck area)

DOWNSTAIRS in main home:
(3) King size bed with full bath right outside hallway
(4) Twin size bunk bed (shared bath with bedroom #3)
(5) Queen size bed with full en suite bath

UPSTAIRS in main home:
(6) LOFT above kitchen has a queen size sleeper sofa, 65 inch smart tv and shuffle board table

Relax and take in the beautiful wilderness in one of the many outdoor spaces (oversized porch with dining table and loungers, patio with firepit & hottub, and walk out porch off guest suite) **PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ACCESS TO THE SUNCADIA SWIM AND FITNESS CENTER/NELSON FARM POOL AT THIS TIME DUE TO RESORT REGULATIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was the perfect size for 3 couples 1 kid. It is situated near walking / hiking trails and a close drive to the lodge at suncadia and downtown Cle Elum.

Your home is beautiful! We had an amazing stay. We were lucky to have it snow the first night we were there and we woke up to snow covered trees outside the two story wall of windows. Our 2 year old grand daughter found the toy box in the bunk room and had a blast. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend with our 3 kids and their families. We will be back!

Tiffany was a great and welcoming host. The house is gorgeous and high end, and better than the photos. We didn't want to leave! We especially appreciated that a Christmas tree has been put up in the living room and the kitchen towels were Christmas themed too. Just a very nice touch.

It’s a beautiful modern house, with nice hot tub and amazing 2 floor windows. Host was very responsive and resolving issues quick. We had a great time and will be back again!

We have an absolutely great time and loved the house. I would suggest better Lighting near the front door towards the Mother-in-law suite and in the parking spaces. Other than that everything was great.

Family Retreat

The house had plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked and kitchen. We enjoyed and used everything available. Nights in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit with s’mores. Tiffany is a great communicator and very responsive. Everyone had a great time.

A place for connecting and rejuvenating!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! Perfect for our group of multiple families. The layout of the house makes it feel very spacious and comfortable for a large group. Very well stocked for cooking. Tranquil location. Host was communicative and check in and out instructions were easy. We will book again in the future!

A great weekend retreat

We had wonderful time at this house! There was plenty of space to spread out but also big rooms for all 12 of us to gather up in. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and it had all the utensils and pots/pans we needed. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are amazing. Overall it is a great place to stay, just be ready for some (slightly) nosy neighbors.

Daughter’s baby shower

This house was perfect for our daughter’s baby shower. The house is stunning to start with, perfect amount of space. The only issue we saw was no extra paper towels. Thank you for allowing us to have our daughter’s baby shower here! It was a beautiful day!

Thanksgiving 2024

Great house/space for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Could have used a few more things in the kitchen - liquid measuring cups and an electric tea kettle. Shuffleboard was very popular! The hot tub made everyone super itchy so you may want to check that out.

I have ordered the additional kitchen items you mentioned (thank you for the recommendation) and have reached out to the company that services the hot tub.
