Bungalow B Hilltop - walk to beach, pet friendly, private back patio!

Welcome to our Bungalow by the Beach Unit B! This home has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom. Space sleeps 4. Family friendly and PET friendly space with fenced back patio area and pack n' play in one of the closets. FREE off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles. 5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and Schooner's beach restaurant. This is a pet friendly home with a $300 pet fee.

Located in the beautiful, quaint area of Panama City Beach, this home is one of three units on the same property just 5 blocks from the beach! There are no stairs and you are steps from off-street parking. You will be walking distance to several beach access points or you can park a golf cart at the property. Known as a golf-cart community, the legendary Lower Grand Lagoon of PCB features shopping, marinas, restaurants and a plethora of entertainment options. Enjoy uncrowded beach access with white sandy beaches and clear blue water. There is a public boat ramp just a couple blocks from the home.

- Smart 50” TV where you can stream movies in the family room
- Fully stocked kitchen including Crockpot, toaster, blender, and more!
- Private fenced back patio to sit and enjoy a glass of wine amidst the tall pine trees
- Bedroom #1 - Queen bed
- Bedroom #2 - Queen bed with pack n' play in closet
- Full bathroom with abundance of linens, hair dryer, and toiletries

Please Note - we are on a septic system. Please do not flush anything but septic-safe toilet paper down the toilets.

Pet Policy - There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee added to your stay. No more than 2 pet maximum. We ask that guests pick up after their pets in the yards. Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit, unless kenneled. We ask that pets do not jump on the furniture or beds. We do not offer any pet bowls or pet beds, so please plan accordingly. There are exterior cameras monitoring our pet policies. We want to offer a pet friendly place for our guests. Please be respectful of these requests so we can continue to host you and your furry friends.

This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome provided two adults 25+ are present. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests this unit sleeps (4). Please know that exterior security cameras are in place & the number of occupants is always verified. ID Verification is required and the first and last names of guests.

Very Happy with our stay

This location is very true to the photos. No surprises when we arrived. Clean and much attention to details. Beds were very comfortable. Decor & design very tasteful. We took our wagon that helped with the 9-10 minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood nice and felt very safe. Location is 10 mins away from main PCB attractions & traffic. Beach entrance #9 drops you into a very nice beach front that is not crowded at all. We were blessed with yellow flag for swimming & the beach front offered a large area of shallow water for swimming. Never go into the water if there is a red flag. Very sad stories from the previous weeks. Respect the flag warnings. It is just the way it is in PCB.

Hilltop Bungalow B

The property was clean and very nice with a home away from home setting. Walking distance to the beach if you prefer to walk. Convenient to stores and restaurants. The property owner responds quickly to ensure all of your needs are met accordingly. I would highly recommend this property.

One favorite!

This bungalow has turned into one of our favorite finds in PCB! The units are always very clean. Decor is up to date and gives the beach vibe! The area is quiet. The proximity of the unit to the beach is a few minutes walk and gorgeous St. Andrews State Park is a few minutes drive down the road. There’s also a few little fishing docks a short walk from the house on the lower lagoon. Winn Dixie grocery is accessible a few minutes down the road away from PCB traffic and the more congested areas by Wal Mart and the larger resorts. Short drive to good restaurants such as Captain Anderson’s, J. Michael’s, etc. So thankful we found this spot.

Great spot

Perfect for a girls trip with my cousins. Off the beaten path but can still walk to the beach. It was quite and private. The ladies and I were able to hang out in the back and grill. Kitchen had lots of extra thoughtful supplies. We had a great time.

Great Place

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The accommodations were very clean and up to date. It’s a cool location close to a fishing dock in the lower lagoon and a mile away from St. Andrews. The property owner responded quickly to my questions. It was well stocked and quiet. I will stay here again!

An Unforgettable Family Getaway at Our Beach House Rental in Panama City Beach!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable beach house rental in Panama City Beach with my family of four, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, our vacation was filled with incredible memories and unparalleled comfort. First and foremost, the location of the beach house was absolutely perfect. Situated just blocks away from the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Upon entering the property, we were instantly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor. The house exuded a warm and welcoming ambiance, making us feel right at home. The living area was perfect for our family, providing ample room for relaxation and quality time together. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and everything we needed, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we wanted to dine in. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Elizabeth was an excellent host and was easy to reach when we needed her. Don't let the pictures fool you, she thought of everything you might need and the pics don't do this place justice. :-) Thanks, Elizabeth!

Unit is small, parking is a hassle, furniture is dated and walls are thin

I booked this property primarily because there were no pet fees in the description only to find out the night we were driving down that there was an additional 300$ Non refundable pet fee. This could have been more understandable for a long stay but not for three nights. The fees for the property were 40% of the total cost of the stay. The property was a short walk to the beach which was convenient. Overall the unit is small, parking is a hassle due to other tenants, furniture is dated and walls are thin. The neighbors were fighting at 2am so be ready to hear your neighbors. There was also a musky old smell inside the unit and dog feces outside in the pine needles which was a surprise given the extensive fees for cleaning. I feel we got hosed on this one :(

Amazing

The communication back and forth with Emily was amazing. The place is beautiful. Very clean and organized and they literally have everything down to seasonings for your food! We loved every minute of this weekend. Not a long walk to the beach at all. Very peaceful, we will definitely be back!
