Fenced in yard was primary reason b/c of dogs joining me on vacation . The place was exceptionally clean and had better equipped kitchen than I’ve experienced in VRBOS in past . There were many many extra amenities. Golf cart, hot tub , bikes , kayaks and all the beach items including an umbrella . We took the kayaks to St Andrews park and paddled around point to jetties. There was only one lifejacket though so bring your own . Place is located in ideal place between back and front beach road on dead end street . Very nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to few issues we had .

Fabulous! This was such a cute house!! It was clean and comfortable and so close to the beach. Having the golf cart was a huge plus! We loved playing Ms. Pac-Man and going in the hot tub. We will definitely be returning next year!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were a short golf cart drive from the beach. The property felt secluded as there was nothing across the street but woods. The host was very responsive when we had trouble upon our arrival with entry into the unit (our unfamilarity with the entry system). My granddon especially enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue we had was the new addition, a bedroom, seemed not to be as cool as the rest of the house. My very hot natured daughter slept on the couch rather than in that bedroom. I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights was defnitely the golf cart - it made trips to the beach and store easy and fun. We appreciated having the hot tub to relax in after a day in the sun. It was great that the pups were welcome too, they loved exploring the fenced back yard. Overall a great experience and we'd definitely stay here again.

We booked this rental because we could bring our doodle with us on vacation. Just a couple of blocks from the beach on a quiet cul de sac. All the amenities you need. Plenty of room for our family. Golf cart perfect to take to the beach. Able to walk to the beach on the 4th and watch fireworks. Would definitely stay again.

We had our pet with us and we could let her out without worrying about her. There were several great places to sit outside if you wanted to be out. The hot tub was amazing. Everything in the house from furnishings, bed linens, kitchen appliances and dishes were top notch. The golf cart was exactly what you needed to go anywhere you wanted. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends!!

The yard itself is beautiful and has a great setup to relax. The primary bed is very firm and the queen bed is quite comfy. The queen bedroom is the only one with a tv. The kitchen has everything you need. We have rented from Emerald Beach Rentals for several years and they are great to work with.

Great Pet Friendly Option

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is perfect for those with pets! It is located on the western end of PCB close to public beach access 69 and 70. There was a very nice 6-seat golf cart included and made it easy to drive the 0.4 miles to the beach with all your gear. Four spaces are avail at access 69 and there is street parking at 70. It is a quiet neighborhood, two blocks from the beach. The house has a shaded back yard that is securely fenced- now worries about pets escaping! It has a small shed full of beach gear, chairs, toys, and even 2 bikes for your use as well as 3 kayaks. There is also a nice seating area and a hot tub. The house is exactly as pictured and very clean even with it being pet friendly. We saw no evidence of previous pets having been there. The living area is comfortable and they have many books, puzzles, and games. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. There was even quite a few spices, cleaning supplies, and pet items left for use. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a super firm mattress that we loved. We didn't use the 2nd BR but it was nice as well with a full bed and twin bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom had hardwood floors and a cool Ms. Pac Man game. The staff at Emerald Beach Rentals was great to work with. Our original rental was taken off their site after we had booked and they offered us this alternative at the same price- very nice! They communicated well via text and email and were super responsive and timely. I would definitely recommend using them and also recommend this rental.

When we pulled up we were first greeted by the brand new golf cart that was absolutely beautiful and brand new and fully charged! We walked in and it was everything we could of asked for. The place was cleaned to perfection! The location was perfect to. Nestled away from busy condos was the best choice, but not far at all from everything. We loved the privacy of the home and really got to relax and enjoy the home alot! Much needed and will definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosted us! We took very good care of your beautiful home!
