Stoneview Sunset- Amazing Waterfront Views!!!

Our spacious condo is located in the gated Stillwaters golf community on beautiful Lake Martin. From the balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets! Bring your boat and dock at our designated slip. Boat rentals are available at the neighboring marina. Enjoy a round of golf or lounge by the pool. A grill is provided on the balcony. If you don't feel like cooking, local restaurants are nearby.

Enjoy the 5th floor views of the lake from our large balcony that is equipped with patio furniture, dining table, electric grill, fireplace and tv. Inside is very spacious with 12 ft ceilings, granite countertops, hardwood floors, fully stocked kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The king master bedroom has a large master bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and very large closet. The other guest bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

Other amenities include a gated community pool with a waterfall and slide, tennis courts, boat slip, and elevator access from the parking lot.

Our condo is located 28 miles from Auburn University, 98 miles from Birmingham airport and 120 miles from Atlanta airport.

For boat/jet ski trailer storage in the neighborhood, please call Jeff Smith (256) 452-1475.

A guest check-in form listing vehicles that will be on property is required due to Stillwaters being a gated community. This form will be provided after booking.

Quiet hours are from 10 :00pm until 8:00 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors during this time.

For the security of our property, there is a doorbell camera at the front door.

Beautiful, Quiet and Relaxing Stay!

This was one of my favorite VRBO experiences. The condo was beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds were super comfortable. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and used the grill outside and the kitchen was well stocked. My kids could not get enough of the outdoor television. They thought that was the coolest thing ever. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. We felt very safe there. We rented a boat and our boat slip was easily accessible. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo. Well stock kitchen, plenty of towels and most importantly all the beds had great linens, soft and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. These things are important to me. We rent 3-6 VRBOs a year and many do not have these things. The host responded immediately when I contacted her about the internet. She was very patient when user error on my part kept it from being corrected. She also responded quickly when I needed for someone to log out of the account after we left. I have stayed in several units in this complex and this is definitely my favorite.

Beautiful lake views, amazing balcony, stylish condo

Elegant, comfortable, and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the high ceilings, stylish decor, comfy beds, and spacious balcony. I made a complete Easter dinner, and except for buying a disposable aluminum pan from the Dollar store, everything else was on hand, which is not common in rental properties. We were there to visit my daughter at Auburn, and it was 35 35-minute drive. We rented a boat for the day, and it was lovely to have a dedicated and easy-to-access boat slip, as well as being close to the marina. The pool was lovely with the slides and jets, I always want it a bit warmer LOL. Highly recommend this rental - the sunsets from the balcony are worth it!

Labor Day family getaway

Our family had a great Labor Day getaway at this property. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed - the most well appointed of any we've ever stayed in. The bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were perfect for four grandchildren. The owners were responsive and very helpful.

Had another great time on Lake Martin. The accommodations, location and communication were all great. We also rented a pontoon at Harbor Pointe Marina. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back!

Weekend retreat

We had a great time and the place is as advertised. We loved soaking in the view from the balcony and the pool is a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful place on Lake Matin

We were in town for a family funeral. Paula was wonderful to deal with. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Views of the lake are spectacular. Beds are comfy. Only thing missing was a full length mirror (we were getting dressed for a funeral) and would have loved conditioner to go along with the shampoo. Wonderful stay… we will be back for sure!!
