Upon arrival, you'll discover a functional and comfortable apartment, designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The living area offers a cozy lounge space with a television, perfect for relaxing after a day in Paris. The separate, fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare meals and enjoy convivial moments.

The apartment has two bedrooms:

A first bedroom with a double bed, storage space, and a desk area, ideal for working in peace and quiet.

A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage, offering a restful and comfortable space.

Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and curtains for peaceful nights.

The bathroom includes a shower with a small bathtub, ideal for meeting all needs. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

The apartment has Wi-Fi.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Located in Ivry-sur-Seine, on the outskirts of Paris, the apartment boasts a convenient and pleasant location. You'll enjoy a vibrant neighborhood with numerous local shops, restaurants, and services within easy walking distance. The metro, just minutes away, provides quick access to the center of Paris and its must-see attractions. Combining a neighborhood atmosphere with direct access to the capital, it's the ideal place to discover Paris while enjoying a more local and authentic setting.

The apartment benefits from excellent access to public transportation. The Villejuif – Léo Lagrange metro station (line 7) is about a 7-minute walk away, providing quick access to central Paris (Châtelet, Opéra, etc.).

The T9 tram (La Briqueterie stop) is also accessible in about 5 minutes on foot, offering a convenient alternative for getting around the area and into Paris. Several bus lines complete the nearby transportation options.

Early arrivals & late departures:
For arrivals before 4 PM or departures after 10 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
