This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a king suite, bunk room with full-over-full beds, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony. Enjoy resort-style amenities like a massive lagoon pool, hot tubs, tiki bar, indoor pool, spa, and direct beach access. Comes with a reserved parking spot on the same floor + in-unit washer/dryer. Walk-able to restaurants and fun—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older.***** amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permits). The room, including appliances, was very clean. We had a great ocean view and we loved the rocking chairs on the balcony! The pool was amazing! Probably the nicest pool of all the places we’ve ever stayed. Being right next door to Pineapple Willy’s was definitely a plus! The elevators were a bit of a hassle at times, but other than that, our stay was fabulous!

Had everything we needed. Everything was clean. It was a bit more crowded than we are used to. As long as you are patient the elevator waiting times and the parking deck are tolerable.

Freedom Fest Week

Excellent stay. Family loved everything about the property. Unit was clean. Facility was clean. Loved having a reserved parking spot on same floor as unit. Everything about this stay was 10/10! We are ready to go back today!

Disappointing Stay with Major Issues – Would Not Return

We were excited for a family getaway, but our experience at Shores of Panama was frustrating. The host entered the unit without notice while we were out—just to drop off batteries. This violates Florida Statute § 509.141, which gives renters the right to peaceful possession. That’s a serious safety issue.One night, around 200 people were partying on the beach—blasting music, smoking , and even doing countdowns before fighting. It went on for hours and completely ruined the atmosphere.The Wi-Fi didn’t work at first, but the host fixed it within the hour. The bunk beds were awful—one daughter had to sleep on the couch. The bunk room TV had no remote, and it took 4 days to get one. The master bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didn’t fit.Parking was a nightmare—you have to spiral up 9 levels of a cramped garage. The elevators were even worse, often taking up to an hour during peak times.The beach is overrun by resort chairs unless you claim a spot by 6 AM. Lost wristbands cost 100 each, and they fall off easily. Security wouldn’t let me back in without one, causing even more hassle.Between safety concerns, poor sleep, bad logistics, and overcrowding, I wouldn’t recommend this place—especially for families.

Great condo and owners, but the resort…

Condo was excellent. Just as pictured, the balcony overlooks the beach from the living room. The host was incredible, checking in that we had what we needed and even offered an additional night for a fee at the end of the trip. Unit was clean, spacious pool, great beach access and an incredibly great location for walking to Walmart and Pineapple Willy’s for food and refills. However the cons are listed below. - Parking garage: Very tight but manageable - Resort security, for which there is no need, only bothers actual guests. The people who were not staying at this resort got to use our beach freely and were not required to follow any of the “rules”, of which there were many. - Resort security was not rude, but their horrible attitudes and general unfriendliness are worthy of noting. - The beach chair rental service: If this is a deciding factor for you, take your own or choose a different resort entirely. They were rude, didn’t kick people off chairs if they hadn’t paid, but oddly enough, did repeatedly ask if we had paid for our chairs. If the wind picked up at all, they took the umbrellas down and eventually took your chairs as early as 2:30 before any rain would land. If the rain actually did hit, they wouldn’t bring anything back out when it inevitably quit raining 15 minutes later… because it’s Florida. -The pool, while spacious, was the dirtiest pool at any resort hands down. Great unit with great hosts, just wish they could replace everyone who works there.

Unit was as described, beautiful, and clean. Beds were comfy and decorated nice. Beautiful view and family friendly! We will be back!

Panama City beach

The property overall is nice. The parking garage is a fiasco & the elevators are not great for the amount of people which I knew prior to booking. The wrist bands didn’t work half of the time pulling into the garage. We probably wouldn’t stay again but it wasn't a bad time. Our condo room 930 was decent. Toilet paper holder was broken, the fridge leaked a bit, the rug in the living room was just nasty. I ended up sweeping when we got there & cleaning a bit. Beds were decent & slept good. Couch was comfy. Next time we will find us a smaller less crowded place. Regardless, the beach is the beach & we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fall break

This property is awesome!! The view is everything!! The building amenities are great....indoor & outdoor pool, ice cream shop& direct beach access. A few negatives...The second bedroom is tiny with space for only the bunk bed.The elevators are soooo slow. This property is on the 9th floor so walking down the stairs is easy but coming back up takes awhile. The parking garage is also frustrating. It is VERY tight. I have a large vehicle and had to yield coming around the corners. 2 cars cannot fit a time. All this being said my kids and I had a great time.

Great family vacation

Our stay was great!! The room was awesome with a beautiful view and the BEST rocking chairs on the balcony. Loved the pool, felt like our home away from home!

Great condo

We loved this condo. Nice and clean and great location. The master bed was so comfortable however the bunks were not. They have beach chairs and an umbrella that you can use. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make meals at home. Make sure to wear your wrist band because they will check!! The elevators did take forever because they were so many people at the resort. It can be hard getting out into traffic from the parking garage. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Spacious and clean

The room was very clean, plenty of room. Also with a beautiful view of the ocean. Only down side is the elevator wait and parking was a little tight, overall though the room was more than expected. Would definitely stay again.
