Indian Palms Country Club. Tuscan style home, newly remodeled. 3 car garage with Tesla Electric Vehicle charger and room for 4 cars total (includes driveway). Dog friendly with private fenced backyard and covered patio table seating, plus private courtyard with chairs and entry gate.

Sleeps 6 (8 only with air mattress or couch)
-3 bedrooms/3 baths total (attached private Casita is 1 bedroom/1bath). Casita offers convenience and privacy with a separate entrance from the courtyard and locked door. The casita is always included in the property rental and is not rented separately.
****Extra queen air mattress can be set up as 4th bed in the master bedroom or living room for more sleeping. Probably best for kids.

Indian Palms Country Club is a gated community across from the Empire Polo Fields. We have a gym, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, several pools, a hotel and restaurant onsite.
2 pools available to rental guests.
****Lifestyle Center**** amenities may not be available to all guests (without prior approval), a maximum of 4 guests allowed on Lifestyle Center guest list per stay

Our property has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

-Each has mounted flat screen tv and ceiling fans. New mattresses, and new bed linens

BACKYARD
-Full fenced. Grill with propane grill. Covered patio with table and chairs for 6.

COURTYARD
-Private and gated has some seating. Access to front door and casita from courtyard

CAMERAS:
-Camera in the courtyard facing the main house front door and casita door.
-Camera in the back patio facing the back door and back gate.

Stay for coachella

Marti was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole trip and was always avaiable. Good location for Coachella. We ended up parking near the entry gate and walking to the festival grounds most days.

Fantastic experience

I would 100% rent any property from Marti again. This home was fantastic, and had everything we needed, and more! She was incredibly communicative and helpful about making our entire weekend stay fun and easy to manage. Everything was a great experience!

Great time at Coachella

We rented this house for Coachella weekend 1 and had a great time. Located across the street and you can walk there but from the house to the main gate you need to park your car at the main gate or get the people in the complex who are driving to give you a ride bc it’s a bit of a distance added onto the walk through the yellow pedestrian path into the Coachella festival. The house was great. We had 8 people, 2 slept on the air mattress in the living room. House was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the master bedroom and casita! The host was very helpful and flexible and kind. Thank you!

Tennis Fans Paradise

Marti is an excellent host. The day after we booked her house she contacted us to see if we had any special requests. She was very open to an early check in/late check out if available.The house was very clean and well kept. It was well stocked, just like we were in our own home. She thought of everything to make our stay perfect.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience. Host Marti was amazing from the start, with great communication and immediate responses. Lovely home and extra casita, very clean, and nicely arranged with everything thought of for the guests. Even small touches, like complimentary toothbrushes/toothpaste, etc. Loved the EV charging port availability in the garage. Super safe neighborhood, and we would take leisurely walks late at night. Definitely would recommend and would book again!

This Indio home was great! Communication with Marti was very easy and always prompt. The house was very clean and offered everything we needed including added touches that made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay in this house again when visiting the area.

Excellent condo and great location.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. I was very appreciative that it was dog friendly. The host provided dog bowls, dog pads to protect furniture and a nice backyard. The condo itself is lovely and nicely furnished. There were a lot of extras like nice soaps, shampoos bath salts, and a well appointed kitchen. We also had use of a golf cart to ride in the development, which was perfect since we had other family staying in a different condo a few blocks away. We made use of the community center gym and Pickleball courts. Overall, it was a wonderful place to relax.

Wonderful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality

This property exceeded my expectations in every way. I was thoroughly impressed by how clean and well-maintained the home was. The host went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home, providing thoughtful amenities like sunscreen and chapstick that demonstrated her attention to detail. The seamless communication with the host further enhanced our stay, as she was responsive and helpful throughout. Importantly, the property is situated in a desirable, nice area, rounding out an exceptional vacation rental experience. The casita was a uniquely nice touch for a two-family stay. Overall, we left the VRBO property feeling like we had truly found a home away from home. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location for Work

We were a group of two work colleagues that stayed at Marti's for a few weeks in April. It was the perfect location and home for the duration of our trip. Marti is an exceptional communicator and made everything really easy before and during our stay. Wonderful home!

What a wonderful and cozy home! This is a beautiful property. Marti has made this home so welcoming- from extra baskets of blankets and towels, a well stocked kitchen, a very comfy living room/hang out space and extra homey touches everywhere, we couldn’t have been happier. The back yard was nice, too. We can’t wait to return!

Great House in Great Location

What a great home away from home. This house offers great flexibility for families. It was really nice for everyone to have their own bathroom and the kitchen, dining and family room are all open which allowed for a great atmosphere to hang out together. The back patio is so nice too. Having access to the gym and swim/tennis/pickleball facility was a plus as well. Location was perfect with easy access to Indian Wells, Cochella and even the big hiking excursions were convenient to get to. Host is super attentive. Not only does she have lots of extras at the house but she always kept us in the loop and made sure we were prepared from the check-in process to check-out. We look forward to coming back next year!

Fantastic property with all the necessities.

I stayed here with friends. The house had everything needed to make our own meals, and was a very cozy. The owner was very responsive and check in and out was very convenient. The house is located ~35min from downtown PS. You do need a car to get around but close to grocery store etc.

Wonderful place to stay

There were 4 of us but we could easily have had 2 more. House had everything you need. It was very very comfortable. Weather was such that we did not use pools or hot tub but we did some great hikes. Thanks owner Marti we had a great stay!

Great house with casita in a nice neighborhood.

The house and Casita were great. On the cool days the fireplace was a treat, The Guide the owner is available as an APP or on-line and is very thorough and clear.

Extremely happy!

Our stay was for our son’s wedding that was at a venue near by, and this house was the perfect place for us to stay! Everything was so perfect! Check in was easy, comfortable and the house was so clean!! Can’t thank our host enough for such an incredible experience. Thank you again for all your hospitality!

Great Host!

The owner was very easy to work with, very responsive and flexible and had little treats set out for us (A nice surprise!). Also had a basket of toiletries beyond the usual soap/shampoo of things we might have forgotten or could use such as toothbrush, makeup remover wipes, etc in each bathroom. As well, having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. House was decorated well and stocked. We didn't stay in the house much because we were visiting family nearby, but it was very comfortable and convenient!
