Charming Highlands Carriage House 2 beds/2bath NO POOL

The location of our Carriage House is perfect. It is private apartment on our property (guest house) in a beautiful quite neighborhood. However, we are in the one of the most sought out places in Louisville called the "Highlands" We are walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, cute little shops and breweries. We are walking distance to Bellarmine college, parks and even the Zoo. However, we are the perfect distance away from the noise and nightlife that comes with Bardstown Rd. We are in the best of both worlds. We are 5 to 7 mins from the airport and the convention center and about 10 mins from the YUM center, Churchill Downs and downtown. Perfect place to stay for a family or anyone looking to be close to everything but yet feel safe.
I apologize but Please note we do NOT have a Pool for guests. I have tried for a month to get VRBO to correct this and they can't seem to do so. Thank you so much!!! However, there are several public pools and great splashpads near by. The zoo is walking distance with a wonderful splash pad.

Loved our stay! The TV gave us some issues and my hubby was not a fan of the soft soft soft mattress. Great location- close to everything. We would definitely come back.

fyi each bedroom has a different mattress. One is soft and one is firm so not sure which one you were in. Obviously you were on the soft mattress everyone has different taste so we bought a firm one and we bought a soft one about a year and a half ago so people could have an option. I. should make that known to guests so they are aware. tv issues not sure never had that complaint and I never heard from you to see if i could help. sorry the tv was an issue. thank you and glad you had a nice stay.

The Highland Carriage House is exactly that...a lovely place on the property of the owner.The house was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was great as I was there for Bellarmine baseball.

The host was great to work with! The location is great, with easy access, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The carriage house has 2 great size bedrooms with nice bathrooms and a nice open living and kitchen space with everything you need for a nice stay.

We had a great stay! The cleanest place I’ve ever rented on VRBO. We loved sitting on the sunny deck. We each had a bedroom and our own bathroom and the living space was so roomy and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Extremely cute and safe neighborhood!

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're in Louisville and you just need a homebase to sleep and you don't like hotels, this is perfect. When we had some extra time, we walked around the quiet neighborhood. We found a great coffee shop and there are all sorts of cool shops/restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend it.
