One of the best rentals we've stayed at

I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again! The property is huge and has plenty of space for a big group (we had multiple families + babies/kids). The layout was great and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The patio is amazing and the views are incredible. House was better than the pictures!

Great Family Get Tog

I spent a week at this wonderful house with my children and grandchildren. The house was very clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The house was spacious where everyone had their own space. There was enough dining space inside and outdoor for the 12 of us. We all especially enjoyed the pool and hanging out around the pool. It was also convenient to be able to stay in the dining/family area, which was right off the pool, and still be able to watch others in pool. We cooked several nights at the house and the kitchen had a big island and had everything we needed. The owner does provide plenty of supplies for both the bathroom and kitchen. He also provided games and balls and floats for the pool. We also enjoyed in the evening hanging out on the deck overlooking the beautiful mountain. You do have to drive 10 minutes for food stores and gas. However, it is only 20 minutes to Sturbridge, Lee and Lenox. This is a great house for family get togethers.

Absolutely superb home, amazing host and everything and beyond what makes for a perfect getaway

We rented this house for my five adult children and their spouses and one 3 yr old granddaughter for 4 days. I booked it last September because we were coming to East Chatham for my youngest wedding at his now wife’s family farm in East Chatham. From the start Aitan was incredible. He let me know precisely how long a drive we were from the wedding at the farm and it was just 8 mins, exactly as he said. Before we arrived he got in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, even though all that detail was provided on the web-site and again in the guest book when we arrived. He had the pool heater turned on to 90 degrees two days before we came which was great because it was around 70 degrees the night we had the rehearsal dinner, pool party with both bride and grooms family and the pool was delicious. The setting is out of this world. Gorgeous trails through the woods just behind the house, a huge deck with a great view the most comfortable outdoor furniture and huge table that was perfect for our crowd. During our stay if I had any question he answered in minutes. The home was beautifully decorated in furniture, art, etc that was so comfortable and accommodated a large number a people and a great space for children too The kitchen was incredible for a large group. My sons were in charge of making 20 gallons of cocktails for the wedding they as mixologist and the kitchen was large enough that 5 of us were making dinner at the same time. Perfection!!

Beautiful Location in the Berkshires

Aitans house was a real treat for our family. There is so much to explore here and the layout is perfect for a quiet cozy feel in a beautiful big mountain home. Some of the furniture needs replacing and I was disappointed that there were items that guests couldnt use, but other than that it was wonderful!

We're a young family with 3 kids, two boys 14 and 10, and a little 5 yr old girl. We've traveled all over with VRBO / Airbnb and are excited to share this amazing vacation home with all of you.

We live in Brooklyn, Prospect Heights, and manage a downstairs apt on airbnb in our townhouse.

We have just purchased this vacation home. We are endlessly excited about it, and excited to share it with all of you.

Gorgeous home. You walk in to an open layout. Two bedrooms on the main floor can be thought of as guest rooms, with 3 family bedrooms including Master on the 2nd floor.

All the way up top, there's a bonus room, a 6th bedroom that we're going to set up as a play space and office space.

Will be setting up 2+ work spaces with adjustable height desk & walking pad (light treadmill), monitors etc.

- Chatham is 9 mins away.
- Lee / Lexington / Tanglewood are 20 mins away
- Great Barrington is 30 mins away

The expansive deck is unreal to enjoy the mountain air, BBQ and relax with friends. The firepit is fun for smores. The area behind the house is *amazing* for kids to run around and play. And the pool, wow, the pool! :)
