In summer, you can take advantage of all the activities offered in the area. Out of season, you'll love the tranquility and wide-open spaces of the Landes coast. This house, built in 2022, is located in a small, quiet development of four houses, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has two private parking spaces. Outside, you can enjoy a private, unfenced garden with a table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, and sun loungers. This single-story, functional, and bright detached rental comprises: - a living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, microwave) - a master suite with one bedroom (one double bed) and its own shower room - a second bedroom (one double bed) - a second shower room - a separate toilet - a utility room with a washing machine.
