Lakehouse with Game Room, Direct Water Access, and Kayaks Included!

This 2 Story Lakehouse is located directly on West Boggs Lake, with a large, wrap-around porch on both levels, stationary dock to fish, kayak, and dock your boat. House features 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and an additional Queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and an amazing deck for watching the sun set on the main level.

2nd floor is assessable via spiral staircase that is 22 inches wide. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a additional full size bathroom and wrap around porch are accessible on the 2nd floor.

The dock is across the street and the end of the peninsula. Picnic table, kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided at the dock for your enjoyment during your stay with us.

Your stay includes access to a garage game room with darts, ping pong, and television to have the kids enjoy time outside before smores over the firepit to watch the sunset.

Great communication. We came for the long weekend for a family wedding. Location worked well. Lots of amenities. Weather was too cold to use much of it but this would be a great place to visit in the summer. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. The stairs to the upstairs rooms are pretty narrow and spiral but was fine for us. The upstairs rooms are so cute!! Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place to go to reconnect as a family with my adult kids! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals all four days. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing was the walk to the dock. It was hard for me and my son. We have arthritis and POTS. But we made it and it was so much fun.

Family get away

Check in and communication was great. Easy to find. The house was beautiful and clean with a driveway plenty big enough for our car and another with a boat trailer on it to fit with ease. Great to have the game room and DVD, Roku and DVD player to pass the time while storms rolled thru.

Family Vacation at West Boggs

We loved our stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was easy to communicate with the host. We loved being able to use the annual pass to the West Boggs Park. We will definitely be back.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our two day stay was a fantastic opportunity to begin a new Thanksgiving Destination family tradition. We enjoyed the cold outdoors, played games and enjoyed being together. The kitchen amenities provided everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner with a quick stop at the local IGA and DGMarket to pick up the groceries. The process of booking our time, check in and out were all stress free. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant and cozy stay

Check-in and check out process were simple, communication with property manager was easy and informative, and the location suited our needs - a quiet place that could comfortably accommodate our family of 6.

Let’s get away for weekend

So at the last minute I decided to take a weekend off (Thursday to Sunday) VRBO wouldn’t let me rent Thursday night the owner fixed and allowed me to check I. That evening. Had a great time our 16 yr old son actually swam in lake and rode on the kayaks with my 74 yr old mom it was nice to not see him with his phone glued to his face. We caught yellow belly catfish and blue gill off dock. Used New York strip as bait ( the Amish bait shop at top of the hill was awesome). Went to town one night to eat and overall had a great time there. Would love to stay again

Husband 40th birthday getaway!

The cottage was very clean and cozy! The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the game room that was awesome! The fire pit with the wood and fire starters provided we enjoyed that a lot. Went fishing at the dock was fun with the kids! Place had everything you needed and more! Very fun family weekend games at the table, watched movies, relaxed by fire made s'mores, fishing and game room! Host responded quickly with questions. The book of everything to do and what is around very handy! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location in an great facility!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood is quiet with farms all around along with access to the lake. The house is awesome, beds are great and the kitchen is really well stocked with good utensils, etc. - not the cheap stuff you find at a lot of VRBO's. I would highly recommend this place!! We will be staying here again!

Wonderful place to escape to

Property was a clear favorite not only among our group, but also from other guests who stayed and wrote in their guest "adventure" book. Super clean, easy instructions for check in/out, and it had so many amenities to utilize!! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying a weekend getaway, this place was comfortable and had something for everyone! We went kayaking, played ping pong, you can watch movies, we played games, ate lots of food, really all the things. Would definitely recommend the space to others for gatherings. Was a weekend well spent, our only regret was that our stay wasn't longer. Host was easy to contact as well through the app (although we didn't need to contact them often because everything was taken care of and they were on top of communicating to us before the trip.) If you're looking for a place, book here. It's a great choice and you'll have a blast!

The home was very clean, owners are amazing at communication. Our daughter and 15 year old grandson was with us. The kayaks were great just a little hard to get in and out of. The walk to dock was easy on us. Highly recommend this place

A Great Place to Stay Near Loogootee

We really liked the house and the location was perfect for us near family in Loogootee. We loved the games and the nice game room in the garage. The house has a lot of great porch space and we were able to have dinner outside which was nice. We didn’t have time to try the boat dock or kayaks but hope to next time. Overall a really nice place which we hope to revisit on our trips back to Loogootee.
