Gorgeous New Mountain Chalet in Pocono Mts 4 Bdrm/Fire Pit/Game Room

I have always been in the hospitality business in some capacity but to be able to provide as a single mother for my daughters through my own home is a labor of love. We have all worked on building our chalet as a place of comfort, peace and FUN for our guests to enjoy! We love getting to know our guests and make their time away from this hectic world as relaxing as possible.

The Chalet at Mountainside is situated in 5-star community of Big Bass Lake in the Pocono Mts. This amenity filled community has tons of activities for everyone; fishing, swimming, snowboarding, tennis, indoor pool, beach fun and so much more. All amenities have an additional small daily/weekly fee.

Around the small village of Gouldsboro is more fun: Camelback Mt., Kalahari Water Park, flea markets, wineries, breweries, outlet shopping with over 100 stores, the list goes on and is provided for all those that book.

Additional rules - PLEASE READ:

Big Bass Lake Association requires a rental application to be completed upon confirmation of Airbnb booking. This will be sent via DocuSign. The rental application fee is covered & MUST be submitted to me no later than 4 days prior to your arrival. It will require you to list the names of all your guests including children, infants & visitors for security. A strict $250 fine that Big Bass will charge should the agreement not be submitted on time or you violate the guest listing. This fine falls on the renter. Changes to the names on the agreement are $15.

The maximum amount of people allowed to stay in my home is 10 people comfortably. You MUST be 25 years old to rent at Big Bass Lake.

Please be mindful that this is a family community with full-time and part-time residents. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors as well as our personal belongings.

PARKING - All cars, guests, and even visitors must be registered and listed on the rental application before heading to the chalet, otherwise, you risk a $250 fine and loss of your deposit.

NO PETS - Due to severe allergies this is strictly enforced -

****Smoking on-premises or bringing an unauthorized pet will result in loss of security deposit.

DE-HUMIDIFIER- The game room has a de-humidifier that must run 24-7.

SEPTIC - The chalet has a septic system much different than city-systems - please flush bathroom tissue only - no paper towels, feminine products, or food items - nothing but bathroom tissue.

GAME ROOM - The downstairs game room is NOT A PLAYROOM, it is an adult game room. Therefore all children under the age of 12 years old MUST be supervised at all times - no exceptions.

OWNER'S CLOSETS - The doors that you find locked are the owner's closet & the owner's pantry is for the owner's use only.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Although it's a big fun house in the mountains we like to keep our neighbors happy, therefore no parties and loud music are allowed.
