Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Le Thiou, a bright, comfortable flat ideally located just a short walk from the historic centre and Lake Annecy.

Set on the 6ᵉ floor of a quiet, secure residence, this flat offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, La Tournette, Annecy Castle and the iconic Visitation monument.
You'll enjoy a peaceful setting while benefiting from the immediate proximity of the town centre, shops, restaurants and the banks of the River Thiou, which are all directly accessible from the residence.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The flat is composed as follows

Living room:
- Spacious entrance hall with large storage cupboards.
- Bright living room with sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV and access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the Thiou.
- Semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen with bar area and access to a veranda.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160x200 cm), storage cupboards, mountain and Visitation views.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed (160x200 cm), built-in storage and view of La Tournette from the bed.
- Separate bathroom with large bath, double washbasin and plenty of storage space.

To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
