The other unit is a studio jacuzzi suite with a king bed and queen pullout in a shared common area. Each unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests for a grand total of 8 guests

* If a guest requests maintenance service but leaves the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on, a penalty will be charged: $175 for visits between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and $325 for visits outside of these hours (from 4:31 PM to 9:29 AM). Please note, this penalty is imposed by The Signature and will be passed on to the guest if the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign is left on.
Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.
