The adjoining one studio and one bedroom suites have a total of 1,394 square feet. Each suite has spacious living room with one sofa bed in the studio, two separate bedrooms with two king size beds and one queen size bed in the open suite with a separate full bathroom to accommodate up to eight guests. Two suites have three full bathrooms, one kitchenette, one full kitchen and one private balcony.

It also comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The primary bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub.

This is a private unit. The hotel and Host do not charge resort fee. MGM Signature Hotel requires that the check-in guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a valid government ID, credit/debit card which matches the name on their ID and $100 per night up to $300 per stay refundable security deposit. The Host is not responsible for MGM Signature Hotel security deposits.

Check-in guest's government photo ID and mobile number for identity verification and confirmed guest to sign the rental agreement are required by the Host to check in. The check-in guest must check in and may add other guests at the front desk.
