Discover the authenticity of a Beach Chalet on Overwater (just for you), in a preserved setting with an unobstructed view, in the immediate vicinity of the sea (100 m) and shops (restaurants, bars, grocery store, caterer, bakery, etc).

Recently renovated and carefully furnished, you can enjoy all the comforts for a stay with family or friends. With a large capacity (9 people), everyone will find their place with large living spaces, both indoor and outdoor.

The Chalet is composed of an independent space on the first floor composed of an air-conditioned master suite with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm) integrating a pull-out bed in drawer for a child (80 x 200 cm), with an independent bathroom (shower), a vanity unit and a toilet. PGJyPg
Most of the accommodations are upstairs which is air-conditioned and bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows giving a panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea in the immediate vicinity. The layout of the premises allows you to take advantage of the perfectly optimised spaces.

A large living space (about 20 m2) serves the entire floor and gives direct access to a large terrace (about 25 m2) as well as an independent kitchen where you can also have lunch or dinner in a perfectly furnished space.

Three bedrooms are upstairs:

- A first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and roller shutters;

- A second bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and roller shutters;

- A third bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and roller shutters.

Two independent bathrooms also complete the floor: the first at the entrance is composed of a toilet and a washing machine) and the second of a shower cubicle and a vanity unit.

Outside, a large table (capacity for 8 people) allows you to share moments of conviviality with the gas barbecue in the immediate vicinity.
