Mountain Walk’s coveted location boasts picturesque scenery with contemporary upgrades inside. Enjoy your day at the skill hill, evening at one of the thriving local restaurants and events hosted by the Village, with the convenience of being a quick walk from your personal retreat.

The space
This central hub for everything the area offers is just 5 minutes to the Scenic Caves, Northwinds Beach, private ski clubs, Scandinave Spa, and just over 10 minutes to downtown Collingwood. Book your stay at this four-season getaway with tasteful décor and the mountains right outside your window.

This ground-floor unit has been upgraded from top to bottom with contemporary finishes and modern furnishings. As you step inside, the large foyer leads to the open concept space with direct views of the mountains through the windows. Escape for a moment through the walk-out patio that overlooks the ski hill with your morning coffee or relax by the stone fireplace. Freshly painted and decorated with stylish interiors, this unit feels like your personal oasis steps to outdoor adventure. One floor living is made possible, with two generously sized bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find another large bedroom and 3-piece ensuite to accommodate 4 more guests.

Kitchen
When you’re not dining in one of the Village’s mouth-watering eateries, this kitchen has all of your home conveniences available. The serving hatch allows for conversation to carry on whether you’re the chef or cozying up by the fire. S/S appliances include a stove, microwave, and dishwasher for easy clean-up. Plenty of cupboard storage is available; all you need to bring is your food and spices. All the cookware, bakeware, and utensils are invited. You bring the coffee; we’ll supply the coffee machine.

Living Room
Get mesmerized easily by watching the skiers coast down the mountain right from your living room. Retreat back after a long day of adventure to your comfortable Great Room that features a large flat-screen TV and a beautiful stone fireplace to cozy up to. Whether you’re curling up with a book, having a movie night-in, or catching up after a day of exploration, there is plenty of comfortable seating throughout. You can count on connectivity with in-suite Wi-Fi. Timeless, classic furnishings provide a luxury feel during your stay.

Bedrooms
You’ll find two generously sized bedrooms that feature soft, comfortable Queen beds and elegant bedding on the main floor. In the first bedroom, you can take advantage of the peaceful desk setup to sneak in a few hours of work if need be. Upstairs, you’ll find an oversized bedroom with 3 piece ensuite that hosts a King bed and Single over Double bunk bed. Wake up and walk right to the mountains from this contemporary chalet that’s minutes to everyone`s favourite Blue Mountain activities.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Beautiful home away from home

The decoration and stylings of the condo are beautiful! Our kids loved the very spacious bedroom on the top floor that allows 6 of them to sleep comfortably. It’s across the street from the village which was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check out process was effortless as they laid all the instructions out clearly.

Extra cleaning is recommended

Many parts of this rental are updated however I believe there are a few more that could be . Example.. master bathroom shower. Some parts that are updated are maybe not done well. Example, laminate flooring looks nice, however very noisy to walk across. Mostly, I question how well the unit is deep cleaned. Dust on baseboards, plants and items on tables ect. When paying large amount for renting I expect the unit to be extremely clean in all areas.
