The 1st floor layout was perfect for our family gathering - Very spacious! And the kids also loved the loft/game room. We also appreciated that Antonio was so quick to answer all of our questions. We’ll keep this property in mind for our future gatherings.

Property owner was very helpful when we had to change dates after reserving. House was very nice and perfect for our family. House is in a great location, perfect for anyone traveling to Joliet!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time in Joliet. We attended a local event and this house was just perfect! The kitchen & dining are were my favorite area, spacious for gathering. The master bedroom is HUGE and relaxing after a long day of FUN!

Wonderful Experience

Everything was great! We came for a wedding weekend and then there was an unexpected change in the itinerary in which we were asked to host a small family gathering at the house. The small gathering turned out great, we had enough room and space to accommodate. The game room was enjoyed by both adults and children.

Great location!

This property was in a great location. We were there for a family reunion. It was nice and close to my family and also to shops and restaurants. Very clean and safe neighborhood. The only thing I would recommend, is to add a few extra towels and pillows. Haha! We had to do our towels daily and also I’m a sleeper that likes extra pillows. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice house

The house was great. A very nice patio area however could not use due to no outside furniture or gas grill. Also, did not receive the checkout instructions until after we were gone.

A Nice Place

The owner was easy to work with during the stay. The house was good but the back yard needs a lot of clean up. Because their is no fence the backyard is used by the local neighborhood as a shortcut to the sidewalk. It should also be noted that the swing set is not stable and should be fixed before the next family rents the listing.

Excellent

We had several people coming together from different states for a funeral. The location was great as it was centrally located and we were able to have a space where everyone could gather and celebrate the life of their family member and friend. Antonio and Tanya were very accommodating for our large group. The home was just as posted and then some. We had space for everyone and we are so thankful to be able to have everyone together through this difficult time. We asked to extend our stay an extra day and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do. The swing set was an added bonus for my granddaughter to play on. Very happy with our stay.

Spacious kid friendly stay

The property was perfect for hosting our family of 4 with plenty of room to spare. The owner was responsive, check-in was simple, and parking in the driveway was convenient. Backyard had a play set, but was also within walking distance of a community park. Although the old school video games and airhockey were a hit with the kids, mom and dad were unable to stream TV in the master bedroom due to WiFi connectivity issues on the TV (all of our other devices/TVs worked effectively on the WiFi). The biggest reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the master bath and kitchen could have been cleaner, but overall a great property in a good neighborhood.

Nice house, convenient location in Plainfield/Joliet area

This house was perfect for our group in town for a family reunion. It’s well furnished and the host is very attentive and pro-active. We’ll definitely try to stay here if renting in the area again.

Great weekend getaway

We were in town for a concert. Wanted to stay somewhere that did not involve the crazy Chicago traffic. This place was perfect. Just close enough to everything on our checklist, but was able to avoid the Chicago traffic except when we drove into Chicago/Navy Pier. The house has so much space. My family only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. My son loved the arcade machine. House was clean and had most things left for us that in previous rental houses I have had to provide, like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing tablets, etc. So nice those things were already there. Contact with the owner was great. I would like to make a small mention, that if you have any mobility issues like me, the front step up into the house, the rise is higher than normal. I was very fortunate to have the hand of my husband to assist and we were fine. Lovely house, great location, electric fireplaces, jetted tub and smart home features all around. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Overall Great place!

Location is great, so many restaurants in the area and shopping is super convenient with plenty of grocery stores in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for kids, lots of playgrounds and ponds in the area. The home is spacious and perfect for a family stay. Heads up, two of the 4 bedrooms have double beds, I made the mistake thinking they were queen and it was not the most comfortable for a couple to sleep in. Overall though, would stay again!
