Welcome to Golf Villas Townhome, where luxury meets tranquility along the 10th tee box of the Mauna Lani South Golf Course. This spacious end unit accommodates up to 4 guests and features a seamless connection between the living area and a large lanai equipped with a gas grill and wet bar.

Comfortable Accommodations: The Master Suite boasts a King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite amenities, while the second bedroom also features a King bed and full bathroom.

The place was very nice and in excellent shape! The location was also great. The host reached out when we arrived, however, when I requested a late checkout 4 days prior to the end of our stay they did not respond. I called the day prior to the end of our stay and the request was denied. Which is understandable - but there was no response until I called. Overall - a great experience!

The location was perfect for the activities we planned. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hottub were a big hit with the kids.

Great Stay!

Golf Villas G1 is an excellent place to stay. Everything you could want in a condo was there and in excellent working order. The property is very clean and well equipped. Sitting on the second floor lanai with afternoon cocktails was a complete joy. Dani the property manager was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Must rent at Golf Villas!

Golf Villa G1 is the perfect spot to stay at! It's a very nice corner unit with an amazing view - especially watching the sunset at nights. The villa provides everything you need at the beach. The host was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely rent this villa again!

Maura Lani Stay

Comfortable and stylish end unit condo on the 10th hole in Mauni Lani resort area. Small gated community with nice pool, manicured grounds and access to the private beach at Mauna Lani. The pool and beach are great for little kids. You need a car or golf cart rental to get around to stores, dining or the beaches. Make sure you have reservations for dinner if you plan to eat in any of the resorts.

An enchanting stay!

The strength of an organization is dealing with "opportunities". We had several during checking in, however, the Kona Vacation Rentals team excelled at resolving all issues. Now to the fun stuff: Walking in the front door with Hawaiian music in the background was a great start. The villa was spotless (not even any ants!) The "open" living concept on the main level matched our life style perfectly. Plus loved all the kitchen gadgets, especially the plastic ware for outdoor living. The upstairs seating area was great for a quick peek at TV prior to retiring. The outdoor space was perfect...lots of plants and excellent views. Additionally easy walk to pool and trash. Perhaps highest complement: We seriously considered "squatting" till kicked out. Will differently be back. Thank you for sharing this outstanding rental.

Came to relax, play golf and snorkel. Expectations were met!

Spacious, clean, great master bedroom and bed. Setting was quiet and serene. Snorkeling at Black Sand beach was terrific.

Great Condo/Excellent Location

Warm & welcoming condo with open kitchen/living, two relaxing decks & both bedrooms with en suites. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood - much more intimate than the nearby resorts. The host was excellent & responsive. Our only issue was that the hot tub was inoperable the entier time we were there.

Wonderful!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at Golf Villas. It was a perfect location — close to beautiful beaches, and convenient to drive to anywhere on the island. The nearby towns of Waimea and Hawi were charming, we had many great meals in Kailua-Kona — both not a far drive from Golf Villas. The Beach Club was magical as was the Black Sand Beach (both walkable from the resort). G1 is an end unit so it was nice and private when sitting on the lanai. It was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property.
